I frequently visit a Piada and today I think I found my favorite location! The staff were lovely, professional, kind and friendly. The food was perfection; chicken cooked well, but not dry, seasoned well too. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The atmosphere is very chill, perfect for a little chat with a friend or simply to hang out and enjoy your meal. Everything was clean and stocked, 10/10 experience—will return again

Whaile waiting for food to be prepared I was greeted and apologized for the wait by Dante. He was friendly and and even gave me a free drink. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. The food smelled and looked amazing unfortunately I was door dashing and had to smell it and not eat it all the way to the customers house. I will definitely be back!!!

I had a great experience at Piada Italian Street Food, and I want to give a special shoutout to Dante for his excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect. I ordered the avocado salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Dante was knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, but his professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. I was introduced to Piada not too long ago, and it quickly became my favorite. The food looks great and tastes fresh every time. I’ve visited a couple of locations, but the Norwood location truly stands out. It has a great culture and a very friendly, welcoming crew. From the staff behind the counter to the manager, everyone is kind and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. You can tell they take pride and ownership in both the food and the experience they provide.

This is my Piada preferred location in Norwood. The food is fresh or made to order. The staff is accommodating and patient. And the portions are generous. The calamari is lemon peppery and delicious. I recommend stopping here for casual take out.

Got a make your own bowl with spaghetti, grilled chicken, mushrooms, zucchini, mozzarella, and broccoli. Took one bite, spit it out. Made my tongue tingle. Tasted disgusting! My 1 year old felt it was squishy and fun so I let her play in it till I tossed it. Luckily it was memorial day weekend and I got a half off deal. Still not worth the 6 bucks plus change.

First time here, incredible! Wow I was kinda expecting a Chipotle experience with an Italian twist but this was much better! Really good quality food for the price. The staff was very friendly and efficient and could tell it was my first time so they made some suggestions.
I opted for the Power Bowl with grilled chicken and a sprinkle of feta on top. My oh my, this was delicious and filling! For a side, I had to try the grass-fed meatballs which were super yummy. Flavorful, tender and sprinkled with some hand-grated parmesan cheese.
The dining room and restroom were clean and well stocked.
This was a fantastic lunch and I can’t wait to go back and try other options!
