Had a great experience at Piada the other day! I’m a vegetarian and when ordering online I thought I had clicked no chicken but I accidentally clicked the chicken option ♀️ So I called to cancel the order, but the person who picked up was so helpful! Refunded me for the chicken and even wrote this note letting me know about the pesto! Was very appreciative and touched!!

This staff was absolutely out of this world helpful and friendly! They helped me put together a healthier option meal for my husband, who has food restrictions. The grilled chicken and penne were great, and the sauce complimented the meal perfectly I will see then soon!

I am disappointed to say this is the 1st time visiting Piada and I was let down. The customer service was rush and not friendly. The veggies looked super dry and not fresh. I got the new Avocado Chop Salad and my avocado was all brown and old. How can the main ingredient of my salad be spoiled? Very disappointing experience.

My car battery went out today in the Piada parking lot. My kids and I were hot in the sun and we decided to go in Piada for a drink to wait on a tow. A chef, Stephanie and a manager (I forget his name) said they noticed we had car trouble and gave us our meals for free. I so appreciate these people and their unexpected kindness. I was very touched and the food was delicious and quick. I’m on this road all the time and will be stopping here for food from now on. I like to support people that know there is a time to make money, but also a time to be compassionate and human.

I have never had a piada before and WOWWW IVE BEEN MISSING OUT. I am so happy to have discovered this place. I walked in and it was clean and full of customers. The menu board was easy to follow but after reading reviews I was already set on the BLT piada with hot chicken. I was helped my Kaylee who recommended I add a little pasta to the piada and she knew EXACTLY what the belly in my brain wanted. I added the hot chicken and it was love at first bite. It was surprisingly heavy but not too heavy on the belly. The only thing that disappoints me is knowing I need to return to Ashtabula where we dont have this available. I hope they open a location farther north because they would absolutely kill it. The staff was friendly and that’s always a plus. If youre craving something flavorful with a bit of fresh veggies give this place a try (emphasis on FLAVOR). I’m so happy I skipped out on the chipotle and tried something new. I’ve only got 5 days in town and I’ll be back at least one more time. Thank you again Kaylee & piada for the tasty experience and the kindness you shared.

We have been going to the store since it opened and really love Piada food. The customer service is HORRIBLE though recently. There is 1 female at the front that is friendly but the guys and the rest of them have horrible customer service skills.
