Wow!!! This was our first experience and it was amazing. We came in to a warm greeting, smiling staff and clean atmosphere. Chef Darrell heard us say it was our first time, so he explained the process of ordering and what options we had and answered our questions. When ordering, the staff patient and courteous and answered our questions with a smile. The food here is very fresh, hot and flavorful. The pepperoni rolls are to die for. Our pasta was cooked just right and no matter the sauce and toppings, you can’t go wrong. Then chef asked us to try the cannoli chips…absolutely Devine! We cannot wait to come back!

Super upgrade to whatever crispy chicken they were previously using. Massively refreshing in a restaurant industry that keeps making things crappier and cheaper to see a restaurant improving an ingredient. I always liked their pasta, but I’m going to be visiting much more often now.

I come to this location often because the food is fresh and delicious. Making slight substitutions is never a problem. The staff always greets me warmly and many know my order! While the food is why I went the first time it is the people that keep me coming back! This is my favorite restaurant and I talk it up as often as I can!!!!! I love the Farmer’s Market with chicken or steak!!!

Piada in Grove City is consistently outstanding — fresh, flavorful food, fast service, and a clean, well-run restaurant every time. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the general manager is truly one of the best in the business, clearly setting the tone for great service. The new Loaded Mac is absolutely out of this world, especially if you add the hot fried chicken — highly recommend it. This location has easily become one of my go-to spots in Grove City.

Both managers the gentleman & the lady assistant manager were both very nice & greeted me with a smile. Customer service is most important to me when I go somewhere. The young lady who helped me, chyy, she was very nice & accommodating as well. Thank you Piata for your Awesome & Amazing team!!!!

Nick and his team are phenomenal! They had a huge lunch rush of at least 15 construction type men….followed by myself then 4-5 people behind me. They HUSTLED! I think i waited maybe 7 minute til they got to me in line. The food was hot and the service was fantastic and friendly! 10/10 would recommend this location on Stringtown Rd in Grove city! Will definitely be frequenting here!!!!
