We stopped by Pho@Telfair in Sugar Land and were blown away! We tried the chicken bánh mì and the beef ribs, and both were incredible. The sandwich was packed with flavor—perfectly seasoned chicken, fresh cilantro, crunchy carrots, jalapeños, and cucumbers that added just the right amount of spice and freshness. The beef ribs were tender and full of rich flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the service was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best spots in the area—we’ll be back soon!

The food here was actually pretty good overall, except for the spring rolls, which weren’t great. However, the atmosphere didn’t sit right with me. I came about 45–50 minutes before closing, which should still be normal dining time, but the vibe felt off from the moment I walked in.
The owner seemed rushed and more focused on taking my money and getting us out than providing good service. I genuinely felt unwelcome, and after reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who felt something was off. Great food, but the customer service and attitude really bring the experience down.

Food is okay. They need more staff. Last time we went for a party of 6 and were seated. We waited an hr before we got only two waters and our order was finally taken. We had to wait almost another hour to actually get our food. This wasn’t the first time we experienced this kind of service. Not worth the wait.

Being a foodie I always want to try different cuisines, on my visit to Houston I cannot only try desi food. One of my friends recommended this restaurant to me and i had to give it a shot. First of all i was happy with the good attitude of staff (the guy was owner also I guess), he also recommended the dishes and the quantity of it was too much or less. My favorite was the beef one I ordered, I forgot the name of that dish but if you show him the pic in my review he will know. The spring rolls were ok to me but my son loved those. Soup was good as well. I also tried their signature tea, which was ok. As I already had a better version if that in Georgia.

Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

Atmosphere was pleasant and calm while the food was fresh and well seasoned. I ordered the beef pho with fried chicken dumplings and Thai tea, all of which were very well made. I liked that they asked about bringing out the sprouts instead of just giving them because I often don’t eat them and they go to waste. Their menu is also enormous so there’s a lot of choices and they seemed to be busy even on a weekday night.

Second time here and it was a nice experience. The staff is welcoming and the place is clean.
Hubby’s dish was good. My pho meat was already cooked when it came out. I’m used to it being raw and watching it cook in the steaming broth.
We shall be back!

For my first time being at the restaurant it was a good experience. I live Bahn Mi’s and the beef option it was spectacular, the meat had a great seasoning. On the other hand my eggrolls were over fried and hard, the sauce that they serve is just right sweet spice flavor. Over all, 9/10

pretty awful. I have ordered once or twice and I liked the spring rolls decently and I really liked the soup. First off, the chicken that comes with pho was disgusting. Most places do sliced chicken breast, not shredded, shredded is OK but not when it’s hard as a rock. inedible. The spring rolls were split and falling apart so I couldn’t really dip them in the sauce. And the portion of flat rice noodles with chicken was huge, but just not good. The flavor was off putting, weird taste in the sauce, and the chicken in that was also over cooked, the noodles were greasy and a little hard. Too bad only thing I can say it was good was the broth tonight. Ordered through Uber hoping I get a refund not worth $50
