This is your go to place for vegan choices and basic bubble teas. As for those who expect a good old traditional vietnamese experience.. you’ll be highly disappointed. They didn’t have anything to make sandwiches… which completely baffles me. Because apparently they haven’t had all their ingredients for a while. Their bubble tea choices are basic enough for beginners but not for those who are used to variety of choices. The beef broth was.. mediocre.. you can easily tell it was from packaging. As for fresh…? My salad rolls were so hard you could tell they had been sitting in the fridge for too long. And where’s the fresh herbs? My first and only time. Not coming back. But at least the server was nice.

Tasty but slow service. I visited late on 10-5-2018 and was greeted by a cute Kid who took order. It took 23 minutes to get my order of Pho Beef and Pho special (two pieces of each kind). I was going to order some Boba but decided it may be too heavy. The food was delicious complete with fresh basil and spouts. I enjoyed the fish balls and Beef slices. The left over broth made a great left over meal! However the long wait means I wont be back. Still it was nice and seemed clean and tidy.

This place doesn’t serve what is on the menu. I’ve been by twice at different times of the day to try the banh mi sandwich and they have not had the ingredients for it. This place needs to get its act together or it won’t be around for very long. On the brighter side, the guy who rang me up for my mango bubble tea(which was pretty unique and quite flavorful) was nice and apologetic. I’ll update my review if i can ever get what i want there.

Absolutely delicious every time! My family and I eat here whenever we go to Valley Mall. Our teenagers particularly like the bobo tea and the beef Pho. My favorite bobo tea is coconut it is amazing! The service is quick, attentive and friendly.

I used to come here about a year ago or so and the PHO was pretty good. I’ve been here about 4 times in the last 6 months and it’s been horrible. U can’t hide 4 pieces of meat in a large Pho and think no one’s gonna notice the horrible small portions of meat. You ask for extra and they give u the same but charge u extra assuming you won’t realize the difference. I tried it one last time and it was more of a disappointment than ever before. Will not be going here again.

Food is good if you are into that kind of thing. I usually go here for the bubble tea; but it is only good about lunch or dinner time or shortly after. If you get it any later, the boba is old and will fall apart in the drink.
Staff isn’t the most friendly, but that’s okay, I can deal with that.

I’ve been here a few times for the bubble tea, the tea is good. But on more than one occasion the server was not friendly and I think that’s necessary to show your customers appreciation for patronizing your business. I will not be back due to lack of customer service. The server I’m referring to was working on the afternoon of October 17, 2017, around 4:30 pm.

The beef Pho was decent for a fast food place. The guy that took our order was a jerk. He looked grumpy, rolled his eyes when we asked him what the sizes were and acted like my wife asking for spring rolls without shrimp was a huge deal. (The spring rolls were lettuce rice noodles and chicken, that’s it.) Then when our food was ready, he stared at my wife until she saw him then rudely waved her over, didn’t even bother saying “your food is ready”.

A 3 star for trying; good costumer service, the fresh vegetables and beef. Small portions, had to get me a large mix pho, which was flavorless and not so hot, then a regular beef pho: this one had a little more flavor and was super hot. Over all feeling was like eating a noodle soup cup with hot water. Large or small or regular is the same cup they use with a little less hot water. Not recommended for a pho person. But then again better than eating subway next door.

The Pho here doesn’t live up to the standard Pho expectations. The noodle type isn’t one of the usual types. The beef is sliced super thin. The bowl is tiny. The food is expensive probably because the place has to pay the mall.
