Great Vietnamese restaurant. The space is very rural and full of Vietnamese character. The waiter was very nice and friendly. The food is very fresh and clean. Pure and I appreciate this. Very nice and professional cooking and presentation. I think those who are strict about nutrition when coming here will be very satisfied that is my personal opinion. I think anyone who loves Vietnamese food will love it here

We really liked our experience at Phoever. We were greeted right away and we’re seated without delay. We had the fresh spring rolls, and two types of meat Pho. It was very tasty and they gave you plenty of soup, veggies, and peanut sauce. Lots to take home too. The prices were a little high, but we will still go back since we liked it a lot. Check them out!

Coming from a big city like Dallas i am used to some really good Pho. I got the VN coffee and it was really sweet for my taste. The pho was ok, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t on the really good side neither. The broth was good. The slices of meat was really thin. I got the large which was almost $17 and it was probably a medium compared to big city pho. My son got the rice plate and that’s his favorite go to meal. He said that was his least favorite plate that he has ever had. Overall after speaking with everyone it was mixed reviews. It was definitely a 3 star situation. We spent nearly $70 for 3 people because we all got drinks. Definitely on the higher side of things compared to the portion but that’s subjective. I’m including pics so you can make the decision.

We ordered pho, eggroll, viet sandwich. The soup base was a bit of salty and less meats compare to other places. The eggroll taste greasy and burn on the sides. Not all sandwich got cucumber slices in it. Not enough meat. Was told to bring cash if you want 10% off.

The best Pho, spring rolls and Banh Mi I’ve had. The owner and chef make it right. Very glad I stopped in while on vacation in Pensecola, FL. This Vietnamese restaurant was Phonomenal.

Great Vietnamese food:) Quick, nice service with great flavor. Would definitely come back. Pho flavor wasn’t too strong or sweet. Sandwich was also very tasty and food is definitely reasonable price!

We got sandwiches here both on the way to Gulf Shores and then stopped in again on the way back to the airport. The Pho was on point. Everyone said the broth was perfect. The sandwiches are great to carry out or eat in. Staff was really friendly and the bathrooms were super clean. What more can I say. Worth stopping in if you’re driving from Pensacola to Gulf Shores!

The pho was delicious!! The meat was very good too. Good amount of flavor. The banh mi was also very tasty. Bread was perfect on it. Could have used a little more filling but still very good. Thai tea was perfect! Service was fast & the woman who was working was great. I would definitely come back!

I loved the eye round steak Pho! I got takeout and everything was packaged wonderfully. The pho was so delicious and the spring roll with peanut sauce was equally outstanding. I would eat here every day if possible.
