I randomly stopped by this restaurant today and ended up being so impressed!
The food was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care.
The best surprise? The owner is Thai
As a fellow Thai living in the U.S., it felt so heartwarming to meet someone from home. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming—it truly felt like eating at a family’s place.
Amazing food, lovely atmosphere, and such genuine hospitality.
Highly recommend supporting this spot. I’ll definitely be back!

The wait staff was top notch! We had the Chicken Pho and it was perfect. Lots of chicken breast meat, noodles and jalapeños made the perfect soup. The atmosphere was chill, great for a night out. Price was reasonable! We will return and try the bahn MI. Pho888 did not disappoint!

It was a good place and our server was nice. Just not too impressed with the food flavors and we tried a bunch of appetizers and main dishes. Good flavor over all though. Atmosphere reminded me of an Italian place. The water we were told had some herbs in it and lemon. Did not like the taste sadly at all. The beef in my pho just seemed like boiled in preparation and like hot dog water for broth with no flavor. If I went again I’d at least try the miso broth perhaps.

TERRIBLE VIETNAMESE FOOD… DO NOT GET YOUR HOPES UP AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The bahn mi bread was plain stale, no pickled vegetables, mostly jalapeño…and seriously 1 or 2 slices of meat!!
The vermicelli bowl was even worse. Completely overcooked noodles, rubbery chicken, and the egg roll was so strange…the filling was just more noodle!!
Go to an established Vietnamese restaurant instead for quality food. Follow @phokingslc for recs!!!

So excited to have another pho place in Saratoga Springs! Stopped by tonight since they were open a bit later (until 9:00PM) just to find out today was their first day!
This place was an absolute delight. So calm & relaxing inside. Our waiter was so kind, she kept asking for feedback. You can tell she genuinely cared about serving us. We got the chicken & oxtail pho with spring rolls, which were absolutely delicious!! The chefs in the back told us bye as we left. We already can’t wait to come back! Come check this awesome place out!

Food was so good. I enjoyed the Crispy Pork Belly with basil and it delivered- Flavorful, crispy(not teeth breaking), and tender. We also tried the chicken curry, a little sweeter than what I typically order but it was delicious nonetheless.
The atmosphere is pleasant with a speakeasy feel and the service was great.

Really loved eating in here with my wife. The dumplings, chicken wings, and rib eye pho were all so incredible. I want to come back to try their other entrees as some of them looked really good. The waiter was so kind and funny and they are very clean and professional.

Pho 888 is the only place worth going for pho. The chicken pho was excellent—clean, flavorful broth with tender chicken and fresh herbs. The shrimp spring rolls were fresh, light, and perfectly made, with great texture and balance. Top-notch food, friendly service, and some of the best pho around. If you’re looking for authentic pho and fresh Vietnamese food, this spot is a must. Highly recommend!

Dang, I was so excited to have a new Vietnamese food place in SS. Unfortunately, it’s not authentic. Owners and cooks are Thai so they throw their own flare onto Vietnamese dishes, which doesn’t ruin them per se, but it eliminates traditional Vietnamese taste. The banh mi are very not authentic and not good. The veggies aren’t pickled and the “mayo” is very runny. Also, no pate in any of the banh mi. Very little protein too. Pho soup is too sweet, and the noodles were overcooked. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Thai dishes here are good, but I can say for certain that the viet food is not so. This restaurant presents itself as a viet pho restaurant but that’s not really what it is. It’s a viet/thai place, but much more so Thai. Service was okay. Place was messy. They had multiple tables with stacks of dirty dishes on them, as if they sink in the back couldn’t handle anymore.

The food was amazing! I got the combo pho and it was amazing! The broth was some of the best I’ve had! And the veggies tasted amazing when I put them in! The lady that helped us was amazing! I forgot to take photos before just because it was too hard to resist! 100% suggest!!!
