I’ve been eating pho for many years and it’s only going to be GOOD if they use Oxtail and cook it until the marrow breaks down. This is what makes the broth incredible! All the other places around here do not do this! They use beef stock or chicken stock and it doesn’t taste the way authentic pho should taste (unless you go to Chinatown in Philly) If you want the best around, this is it!

Love the staff, love the food! Good prices, good portions 🙂 I usually do Chicken Pho, lemongrass chicken and rice, fried egg roll, and thai tea! The owner remembers his customers, he is a caring guy! The robot is cool too.

Wanted to like because of the genuinely great service, but the food kept me from going back.
Service: 5/5 Some of the best wait service I’ve had in a while. The waiter was very attentive, conversational, and aware of our kids needs and helping us out.
Food: 3/5 we got the bun, steak round pho, and chicken pho. The bun had the distinct taste of old oil, was topped strangely relative to other bun I’ve had, lots of noodles, a full, uncut (?) egg roll, two large and 2 or three thin pieces of pork, some sparse lettuce, and 3-4 yummy shrimp. With the large pieces it was hard to eat with chopsticks or even a fork. The pho was flavorful, but the flavor was not like the rich bone broth I expect from pho, it was yellow instead of a deep brown (bullion?). Nothing was inedible, but I won’t be driving out of my way again to give them another try.
Ambiance: 3/5 mostly clean with some mildew/water stains on the ceiling in the kitchen area. The robots are fun.

I think the food is okay, but this place must had been a change of ownership recently because I see 4.8 star rating from 244 people before coming here, and what a huge disappointment! There was only 2 other tables of customer, we got our pork rice rather quickly about 10 min, but the noodles came in about another 15 min later. We were so hungry on the way here so I ordered two large bowl noodle for me, $16.99, that’s pretty pricy even or 2025, but damn the bowl came in about a standard normal small size pho with little meat, the soup is clearly seasoned broth not boiled bone soup, tiny amount of noodles, so I asked for more noodle because I told him I ordered a large bowl and I think there should be more noodle, the waiter brought in a small bowl of noodle which later charged me $3.5 for it. The pork rice was okay. I been all over America trying out phos, the tastes is really barely acceptable, but meat quality is not good neither, phone supposed to have very thin sliced tender premium beef, their beef is stacked together or uncut big chunk, and incredibly small portions, you know they even cheap out on the vegetables, for 2 big bowl of pho we get vegetable portions of 1 typical small bowl of noodle. I told the manager they shouldn’t charge us the extra noodle, that guy was like sorry sir that’s our size. Okay, I rarely give bad ratings on google, let me waste my five minutes and give you a real sense of how I feel now. This 4.8 rating is either bought or from last owner, noway worth our trip.

Since the high rating of 4.8, in my opinion, I would think it’s about 3.5 stars over all. The food was okay, we had the pork chop with grill shrimp and fried egg. The taste was just okay simple grilled pork chops, but the portion is not as what we expected. The size of the pork chop was too small, and they gave 2 grilled shrimps. lol for 17.5… I think that’s over priced. Normally the grilled pork chop would have the pork chop, the crab meat patty and an egg. The combination fried rice was just okay. Nothing special or wow factor. No wok fire fury taste. We had this beef dish on hot plate with French bread, that was kinda too salty and the beef was suppose to be steaks but it wasn’t. It was thinly slice beef with onions. Anyhow long story short, 4 dishes with an appetizer and a drink, with tips and everything came out to be 100. It’s not as authentic as I thought, and everything was slight too salty. So it didn’t match to the google rating of 4.8 for sure in my opinion.

Great stop for a good pho. Flavors are great, the vermicelli with chicken was also great. Their robot is a great attraction for kids (and adults). The owners are super nice. The place is in a quiet tiny mall so dont expect any great vibe around the area. We would come back most probably as we love pho even if its 95F outside 🙂
