I had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress, Ginellie.
From the moment we were seated, Ginellie greeted us with a warm smile and such a positive attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she gave great recommendations and answered all of our questions with confidence.
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in their work. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place for both a casual dinner and special occasions.
What really stood out, though, was Ginellie’s exceptional customer service. She made us feel valued and genuinely cared about our experience. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of energy and professionalism to their job.
I will definitely be returning—not just for the great food, but for the outstanding service from Ginellie. Highly recommend!

The Wagyu was truly an experience. Our first order came sliced very thin, and honestly, we were still hungry afterward. We ended up paying another $60 for a second order, and this time the meat was cut much thicker — and it tasted way better. The difference was noticeable, which made us feel a little cheated the first time. I’d definitely recommend asking the kitchen to cut the meat thick from the start.
There were no appetizers included — it was just the meat — and it is a bit pricey. That said, if you’ve never tried Wagyu before, it’s worth it for the experience. The overall dining atmosphere was mid-level and could be elevated to better match the premium price point.
Honestly, next time I would probably just order the short ribs with fried rice — it’s absolutely delicious and feels more satisfying overall.
And of course, the pho is usually good, but today there was no broth available, so we didn’t get it.

I love love this restaurant! Beautiful customer service & impeccable food! The eggs rolls and shrimp/chicken fried rice is delicious! I enjoy coming in -it’s always a warm welcoming feel. So glad to have discovered this restaurant! Shout out to Janeli (sorry for misspelling) but she’s great!! Request her if you can!

I’ve been here several times, and I always order the rare steak pho and hot tea. This is probably the best pho I’ve ever had, which is difficult to rank because I’ve never had subpar pho before lol. I have to mention the tea kettles are always clean, and the Jasmine tea is delish. The service is always amazing, the servers are on top of everything and accommodating. Today Joshua took care of me, but everyone in here is a sweetheart, and makes me feel welcome. Hoping this place has business for years to come and makes loads of money because they deserve it.

I would like to give this restaurant 5 stars across the board. Food 5…. Service 5.. Atmosphere 5 …Cleanliness 5… Vibez 555. EVERYONE in this establishment was so kind and helpful whether they are your server or not. Wyatt is absolutely a Gem. Very calm professional welcoming demeanor and always has his eyes on you anticipating your needs ready to assist.
I live in West Palm frequently eat Pho… One establishment in particular I frequented since my move here in 2022. When I tell you this spot was my ultimate favorite spot for the Vegan Pho and the Spicy Lemongrass Tofu appetizer. I would spend several evenings in their dinning room working and eating dinner. I recently discovered this space had roaches and has been sited several times last year for the same issue. Needless to say I will not be visiting that restaurant again.
I can honestly vouch for the cleanliness at Pho Wagyu… As I sat and ate my Tofu Pho I witnessed the manager mopping, the staff cleaning promptly and thoroughly after each visitor exited, and constant sweeping throughout my visit.
If you are having doubts about eating here…Doubt no more…Pho Wagyu will do right by you!!!

Pho Wagyu is hands down one of the best pho spots I’ve been to. The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it’s been simmering for hours. The wagyu beef is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth you can really tell the quality is top tier.
The portion sizes are generous, and everything comes out fresh and perfectly seasoned. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and the restaurant has a clean, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to come back again.
If you’re a pho lover or want to try something special, I highly recommend Pho Wagyu. Definitely worth it!

I went to here for the first time and it was so good. The pho was flavorful, the wagyu was super tender, and everything tasted fresh. But the best part was our server, Chase. He was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience way better. Honestly 10/10 — ask for Chase if you go!

Not a bad experience at all. I’ve had better Pho, but I’ve had worse too. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. And the restaurant has a good atmosphere and is kept nice and clean. The wings were delicious! Definitely the best thing that we ordered. I would recommend giving this place a try.

Grabbed some delivery from this place the other night. I went with the beef stew and shrimp in a blanket. Everything arrived nice and hot. The shrimp in the blanket, we’re very good. The shrimp were juicy, and the wrap was nice and thin and crispy. The beef stew arrived with everything separated, which I appreciated .I found the beef to be a little dry and the soup was lacking flavor and greasy. Overall, not bad.I would try it again.
