Visited this location a few times now. Friendly service from the staff, food quality is good. Little bit of a wait but it’s not unreasonable considering I’ve been given hot, fresh tasting food every time. Very clean. Nice dining room setup, plenty of seating from window booths and high tops to center tables. Would visit again.

Ordered through the app. Got the “Family Style BBQ Bundle”
Added an onion ring, lettuce and mayo to the cheese burgers and removed ketchup and mustard. Cheese burgers came without the customization and without the pickles it was supposed to come with by default.
Was charged to add the onion ring. . That I didn’t receive.
Added Mayo to the Maple Burgers, that was missing. All of the burgers came almost no sauce.
Have it your way indeed.

BK all carries the same food. Which is fine..but the service here is ungodly slow..be prepared to wait for 5-10 mins easy BEFORE your order is taken..and nobody moves with a purpose here..and only three employees on a Sunday?? Nobody has any motivation to do anything in a speedy manner

Edit: Google asked me to update my my review so I returned tonight for dinner—Sat, 1/17/2026 9:34PM Order 23, Drive Thru, Mobile Order. Two sandwiches and both were wrong! No cheese on the cheeseburger and no onion rings on the rodeo burger. The onion rings were limp and cold, and they failed to give me zesty sauce for the onion rings. The cashier at the window for got to give me my drink when she handed me my food. I had to ask for a receipt…again. And when I finally got my drink it was the wrong size. Literally had an issue with every item on the order. My previous review stands: Stay away from this location.

Warning if you are in a hurry, stay away…I think turtles could make meals faster than the workers here. It’s supposed to be fast food. Not wait in the drive thru line for 20 plus minutes. Especially when you are in a hurry.

I usually don’t like BK but wanted to try their fiery bacon whopper…I should have just not. The bacon is giving beef jerky. Also please wear hair nets, I have a nice red hair in my burger ! The spicy sprite was good though

Snot like substance found on wrapper, was told it was mayo (by a woman on the phone) until I showed them the wrapper. The manager didn’t say anything and proceeded to refunded once he saw it . so there is that atleast

Employee’s should be mandated to wear hairnets. Previous order had a long hair embedded in the sandwich. Im hoping this time it doesn’t happen again. That is very disgusting. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!
