1st- the booth was dirty, and the wall next to the booth was absolutely gross, not clean, months of stuck on food. Im surprised the health department hasn’t been called yet, & then 2 BUGS crawled on the table. Eww.
Food-
Thrown together- bland flavor, poor quality, the lettuce looked it was from the trash. Truly. We as a family love PHo, and we when were served, we looked at each other and were like what is this.
Price- $90 for an order of eggrolls and 3 bowls of pho, not at all worth it. Insane.
The service- haha what service!!!!, a gal handed us menus, waters, and then took our order….never came back to refill the waters, didn’t even ask if we wanted any other drinks… after food was served, we never saw her again! Worst in awhile.
I rarely leave reviews, but I could not write this one. Avoid!
The food was average at best and not worth the price. The background music repeatedly cut out and turned into static noise, yet no staff member made any effort to address or fix the issue.
The staff’s appearance was also inappropriate for a food-service environment. One employee was wearing pajamas and a T-shirt, which raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
Communication was another major issue. The staff did not approach me to take my order; instead, I had to get up and ask whether they were ready. Throughout the visit, there was minimal interaction, and when the food was finally brought to my table, there was no acknowledgment or basic courtesy—even after I said “thank you.”
Overall, a one-star rating is more generous than the experience deserves. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning
The service is always good. I am welcomed when I arrive and they normally ask me if I want a table or booth. I’m more of a table person, but the booths are nice and comfortable, too. The staff is very attentive and kind, which I appreciate very much.
The menu is robust and there is many different types of pho dishes to chose from. They also have a vegetarian section, and a lunch special as well, which I think is a great deal. They also have updated their menu since the last time I came here, which is many months, to be honest. They have not disappointed, when it comes to selection.
The food was fresh and hot. I love fresh spring rolls. I wish they had a 20 pack that I could take to my work mates, but in all honesty, I would probably devour them on the way. The dip is more of the watery type, so expect that. I have been to many places where it’s thicker but I must have been in a good mood to not mind a change. The pho is great and I feel like I can’t get enough, so sell me a barrel full, haha. I usually don’t add any sauce or anything to my pho, as I usually compare the base version to other places. This place was good, but could use some more spice.
Other than that, I’ll be back and maybe I’ll venture into other items on the menu aside from my usual. But I also don’t want to miss out, since I don’t eat too much Vietnamese food. A treat for a day.
Also the parking lot was nice, not issues there. No crowds, other than getting back onto the street, which can be a little bit of a wait. I recommend this place so much. 10 out of 10 for me, especially on service and value.
