Food portions and ingredients have diminished and with prices consistently going up there days on thing should not and that is food quality.
I ordered a regular item that I’ve gotten for more than a decade and it was disappointing.
Oriental chicken salad with little cabbage, scant romaine, and at least half a cup of chow mein noodles. Very off putting and not enjoyable.
Took my son out for his birthday and I feel they definitely do not have their head not in the game at this point.

Just wanted to give a positive note here. I ordered the sampler via DoorDash, so lots of different sauces and plenty of things they could have forgotten, but they didn’t miss a single thing. They nailed 100% of the order. Please keep up the good quality control! It’s been like this for several takeout orders as well….a definite improvement. Cheers to your staff!

Very nice Applebees location! The food was very good and fresh! I ordered the whiskey bacon burger and it was top tier. Very filling and I was able to have leftovers. This location was very quiet and clean as well which made eating here more enjoyable.

I’m a Veteran and enjoy going here every year for Veterans Day. This year was disappointing. We saw our a waitress twice, she took our order and brought our bill. A different person brought our drinks and food. There was a problem with my food order, my bacon cheeseburger came without both the bacon and the cheese. I had to flag down someone for a condiment and it turned out to be the manager. I pointed out the problem with my order and she was the one who had my order corrected. I have worked in this industry before and I know with a crowd it can be tough getting back to your tables but Dawn didn’t even make an effort. I wished we had gotten one of the other waiter staff, they made extra trips to their tables. I don’t think I will be visiting here again. It seems to have gone downhill in their service!

We didn’t wait long to be seated,and they were very accommodating to give us a table rather than a booth for our party. We had a good waiter named frankie. But when we got our food the steaks were room temperature while mash potatoes and veggies were hot. My soup was actually cold. They did hear my soup up right away when we told them. There was a mix up with the bills,but our waiter fixed it no problem!

Our server Raven was very sweet and good at her job. She saved the night when our toddler was screaming and inconsolable, and she flew in with apple sauce and strawberries and immediately stopped the melt down! Her kindness was appreciated immensely!

I heard Elizabeth, a server was talking shit about me and my friend for not giving her a fair tip? Keep in mind we are teenagers and our bill was $21. We tipped $3 each. I personally think that was a fair tip. She needs to be more greatful. She was also barely at our table too.
