The gỏi cuốn were textbook in presentation: tightly wrapped, with ingredients layered to showcase their freshness. The dipping sauce was a standout — rich, creamy, and nutty, it elevated the rolls beyond the sum of their parts. This is a classic example of restraint done well: nothing overpowered, everything in harmony.

The bánh mì thịt nướng offered an equally thoughtful composition. Though modest in size at roughly six inches, the sandwich delivered where it mattered most. The baguette had the appropriate crackle on the exterior while maintaining a tender interior. Vegetables were crisp and proportioned with intention. But it was the pork that demanded attention: savory, lightly sweet, and expertly seasoned. Each bite reinforced the idea that the protein should carry the melody, while the bread and vegetables provide the rhythm.

Portion may surprise those expecting larger fare, but the quality and precision of execution leave a lasting impression.

Ordered vegetarian pho with tofu. Excellent flavor, fresh, and healthy.

Big seating area.

They have a tv in the dining area which is nice if you are dining by yourself.

Daughter and myself stopped to try this place. Fantastic spot. Great people and great service. Chicken, shrimp, and beef fried rice was amazing. The chicken and rice noodle soup was great as well. Spring rolls, the daughter loved.
Definitely glad we tried this place out.

Pho Viet in Cincinnati is one of those little strip mall gems that remind you why the best food is often found in the most unassuming places. Run by what looks to be a hardworking family, this spot serves up some of the most authentic Vietnamese food you’ll find anywhere around. The staff is friendly, fast, and happy to explain the menu if you’re new to Vietnamese cuisine, which is a nice touch when you’re trying to figure out the difference between pho, bun, and banh mi.

Now, let’s talk about the pho—deep, rich broth, piled high with noodles, fresh herbs, and just the right amount of spice. You can doctor it up however you like, but I say the hotter, the better. The portions are huge, and the price is more than fair, which is rare these days. While some folks are out sipping mimosas and eating fancy brunch dishes on a Sunday morning, I’ll take a bowl of spicy pho any day of the week.

Anthony Bourdain always swore by a good bowl of spicy noodles as the best hangover cure, and after eating here, I get it. I would add the Vietnamese coffee sweetened with condensed milk as a great follow up. Whether you’re hurting from the night before or just craving something delicious, Pho Viet delivers every time.

The people that work here are literally the nicest people ever. The food is authentic – and good! Looking for a Vietnamese crepe (Bánh xèo)? They walk all types of viet crepes; it’s the perfect portion size to share with someone or eat yourself. Pho Viet Ohio has many more selections than just pho. Try everything you can, it’s all very tasty!

Loved this spot, was a bit of a drive but well worth it! As others have mentioned it’s slightly pricey however the food is 100% worth what they are charging. The goi cuan was fresh and packed with flavor. The bahn mi chicken was incredible, the baguette had the perfect crunch while still being soft and chewy, the veggies were great (I’ll ask for extra next time cause I love their pungent fresh flavor) I got a chicken pho to go and was incredible when I had it for dinner the next day. Will definitely be going back for more the staff was so friendly and the food was amazing.

The best Pho I have had in Cincinnati in 10 years. Wonderful spring rolls and delicious, generous portions of Pho Tai. Will be a regular here. In a strip mall and standard decor, simple but spacious. Very attentive & friendly service. Authentic across the board. If you appreciate Pho you will like this. Average prices for this fare.

Fantastic bahn mi! The bread was great the fillings were spot on. Next time I will ask for a bit more pate in it. Can’t wait to return and try the pho. The person who took my order was nice and ready to answer any questions I had. The restaurant has a great clean feel. I will return.
