Adorable! Pho Viet Number One is so charming inside!
There are a wide variety of items on the menu, but it is a pho restaurant first and this js where they REALLY shine. It’s so delicious. I was a little hesitant to go because I had tried pho at another location in Gainesville and wasn’t very impressed. This is a totally different experience! Really really flavorful! All the fresh toppings they give you to add to your bowl, like basil and bean sprouts, are a real treat.
The staff were so warm and sweet to us and I loved that they had other items on the menu like banh mi and crab rangoon if you don’t want soup! I felt like my pork banh mi was a little dry so next time I’ll just go with the pho.
There’s also a fun boba tea menu here.

I LOVE pho type soup and I’ve finally found a place that does it as I like. I love wonton/pork and egg noodle pho. I like the cilantro, basil and beansprouts. Since moving to the US (from Canada), I’ve been looking for a noodle place that serves up soup the way I like it. My search is over! What makes this place awesome is the fact that they have LOTS of choices beyond soup. (My partner is not a pho fan). He found many choices and options that meet his craving as well. For Valentines day they even served rice shaped in a heart. Bring cash, there is a surcharge for using a card (common now). We had zero wait, but it got busier as we dined in. The service was fast. Our food came out piping hot (nice). I’m 100% certain I’ll be pushing to go back there when we’re in Gainesville.

Food is so good! I literally eat here everyday the filet beef pho P11 and the chicken spring roll is my favorite and the service and staff is really nice.

I went on my lunch break. The place was spacious and clean. The service was quick, I ordered the small shrimp pho and it came out pretty quick. It was really good, I definitely recommend this place and will be back soon

Such a cool little place. BEST Pho I’ve ever had, they have real fresh Vietnamese noodles. Me and my girlfriend loved it and staff was super friendly and gave recommendations. Both of us destroyed our bowls. This place is awesome. Highly recommend

The noodles here are really good. We really enjoyed Pho and Bun Bo. However, the dry dish (rice, bun, spring roll) need more flavor and separate sauce for each.

So glad to have amazing Pho in Gainesville.
Walking in was very welcoming. The servers are quick to attend. The Manager even came out. To explain every detail about his entrées the springrolls were so good. Definitely will be back.

Went here for date night with my girlfriend last week.. Safe to say we won’t be back. We got seated no problem. Our server was nice yes. Atmosphere yes was pleasant and welcoming. They got service and atmosphere right. The reason we won’t be back is all related to the food. The only good things we had were the egg rolls and the milk tea. The rest was cold and flavorless. My girlfriend’s pho arrived 15 minutes later than the rest off the food and was luke warm.. not hot… Mind you we’re watching them bring out order after order after order of PHO. So.. where’s hers. It shouldn’t have taken 15 minutes after our mains came to get pho. The wings were probably the only hot thing besides the egg rolls we had.. but they were not that crispy, and the sauce was very sweet no balance. The bahn mi. The bread tasted stale and you could only really taste cilantro and was dry.. just dry no flavor and no juice from the meat either. Just dry. Everything was just not good and over all the service and bubble tea is what saved it from all one stars.. well and some minor help from the egg rolls because those were good. … Very disappointed in the food but again the service and atmosphere of this place was great. Maybe just come here for egg rolls?

Spring roll had small pcs of meat and more lettuce to feed 4 rabbits. Pho was nasty and not tasty at all. Was hopping this pho spot was good but I’ll go back to Duluth for the real ones that taste better. This place sucks

Best pho in Gainesville. The staff is kind, attentive, and very helpful. I love that they already have chili oil and chili sauce at the table—it’s super convenient. The lime slices are generous, and the broth is homemade, which is the most important part for me. I interacted with Emily, Tono, and Tory, and they were all incredibly sweet. My only tip is to bring cash since it’s cheaper to pay that way.
