Absolutely the best tasting pho broth I’ve had in the Phoenix area. This is an older establishment and in true traditional Asian fashion the emphasis is on the food quality and bargain prices rather than the aesthetics.
The spring rolls were very well made as can be seen by the photo. Artistically done and rolled tightly and neatly. Lots of shrimp cut identically by someone with good knife skills. Lots of peanuts in the dipping sauce.
The pho broth was evenly balanced and not too sweet. I only wish that they did not cut the noodles up so short as it made it difficult to pick up out of the broth. Standard quality of meat, adequate amount.
The restaurant was clean and uncluttered. The restrooms were very well taken care of, wiped down, with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap recently filled.
Overall, a 5+ experience. We were there for an early dinner. Restaurant seemed to get busier closer to 7pm. Will definitely be back as this is truly a gem!

I’m not sure why people rate this place as “the best pho.” Clearly, they don’t have a developed palette if that is what they think. It’s far from being the best and not even close to being a top place in the East Valley. The broth can’t even come close to most of the other pho restaurants in the valley. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest and the server was terrible. It was like he was mad that we came in to eat there. Message me or look at my other pho reviews for better recommendations.

Had a recent visit to this location. I have to say, its one of my top 5 ‘now’ Vietnamese restaurant to enjoy a meal at. The broth is beyond amazing!!, perfect portions. My boyfriend loved his dish also. Will be coming back again and again

Let me tell you! I eat alot of PHO and this will continue to be my favorite place in town. Decent prices for a large bowl. I’ve been to over 10 PHO restaurants in the valley and I will keep going back to this one. 4 stars because the entire time we were eating this visit the guy who served us was on his phone on speaker the majority or our visit. NO body wants to here you talking over speaker phone.

Best pho in the Valley! Been going to Pho Viet Nam 2 for many years and they are priced right! I have never tried something and been disappointed with a dish! Pho is HOMEMADE, which makes all the difference. Got the #7 today and wife the usual #13. Tony runs a great and clean establishment!

Visiting the area and was in the mood for pho. This place was okay. Not the best I’ve had but I assume for the area/location, it’s pretty good. Staff was super friendly and stayed on top of refills. Egg rolls were great!

I’d rate this restaurant 4.2 stars. I had #28, it had a very good BBQ porkchops, the pork cake was a good try, and the salad was on the sweet side but good. The Pho broth was amazing, but it lacked the crunch and herbs add-ons. I was disappointed with the shrimp spring roll, it was kinda bland.

Best Pho ever! This broth is the real deal! Wow! I’ve been sick and the Pho has been so healing for me. And all my friends who have picked up orders for me are now fans too. Pic is half an order, in a giant serving bowl – generous portions! DELICIOUS!

Most flavorful pho I’ve ever had! I can’t believe this place wasn’t packed, because the food is excellent, service excellent and the restaurant has a gorgeous design and is super clean! Can’t say enough nice stuff about this place. You gotta go for the pho!
