We got the Pho Brisket and Crispy Tofu. Pho was tasty and taste like the North Pho Style (I’m a Southerner) which the broth is more plain and more clear.

It’s been awhile since I have been to Pho Van. I was very pleased with my Wonton Noodle Soup. The menu is different from before with new dishes. I had the soft shell crab fresh roll. The soft shell crab was fresh and good with the peanut sauce. The server was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back 🙂

This is completely different pho restaurant compared to what I had pho in many pho restaurants. They don’t offer any combination pho as others. You have to order everything separately. The flavor is good. Service is excellent. The restaurant is clean. Street parking is free after 6pm. The price is a little high.

Stopped here on a rainy day to warm up with pho and wasn’t disappointed! Noodles were cooked perfectly and broth was super savory. Happy to see vegan pho which doesn’t seem to get offered at many places

I recently visited this restaurant and really wanted to like their pho. But I didn’t care for it at all. It was probably the worst pho I ever tasted. I ordered the pho with Tofu and it had a rather sweet taste. Furthermore I had the fried tofu appetizer which was good but not great. Definitely not a place a will revisit.

The spicy pho was actually spicy and had great flavor! The fresh spring rolls and the peanut sauce were also excellent! Customer service was very nice and attentive. Will come back.

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Home made dumplings were delicious. Soup was not hot enough, but tasty

1) The spring rolls were burnt to almost black— A real embarrassment to any legitimate restaurant to serve burnt food like this. 2) Our mango juice drink never arrived to the table. 3) Service was really poor. 4) food was lackluster. This is our second time here there and the first time was OK but the second time was a mess. We would’ve been better off eating at home.

This Pho restaurant is located in the heart of the Strip District on Penn Ave. My friends and I had the Bun Bo Hue ($18), Pork Chop Rice with Egg ($17), Saigon Special Banh Mi ($12) and the flavors are pretty on point. The only down side is the prices are a bit more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants. Overall it’s a good place for some tasty Viet food.

A lucky find on The Strip, where several local restaurants compete for your attention.
