Pho USA in Florence, CO is the real deal!
I ordered the Seafood Pho (L12) and couldn’t believe how loaded it was! An entire lobster tail, tons of scallops, crab meat and fish cakes beautifully complimented by an incredible broth, outstanding array of vegetables (broccoli, onion green, various color peppers and more), and delicious noodles.
Our server was so genuine and nice, and great at his job!
Inside was very nice with comfortable seating, fun music and decor.

AMAZING FOOD, ATMOSPHERE, and PEOPLE!!! There maybe cheaper pho, but never better pho!!! All the broths are to die for!! All the food is real food!! No artificial ingredients that leave you feeling sick! The boba is amazing as well as the appetizers!! Give this place a try you won’t regret it!!!!

So good! The Pho has such good flavor, the wontons were obviously handmade and delicious. The service was fantastic, very little wait even though every table was full. Such a perfect food for a cold day. I highly recommend! Oh and they use bottled water when you order water, with a lemon/lime and it was delightful! Thank you for such a great experience!

We came the first weekend of opening and the soup was delicious! We were so excited to have a pho place in town but the last 3 times have been lacking. The soups broth has just totally lost all of the flavor it had from opening week and it’s so sad and disappointing! We hope it improves so we can keep coming back! The service itself is always great

If you haven’t had Pho for carry out before, don’t be alarmed when you get home and find the small pack of thinly cut raw beef in your to-go container. All you need to do is boil the broth at home on the stove and cook the thin strips of meat in the broth. It was delicious!

Update to my review. They charge 3.5 percent when using your card. What they don’t tell you is they still have hidden charges. 3%merchant service and.50 cents per take out fee. If you use a card you still pay a3.5% on top of this. The meals I got today didn’t even fill the bottom of the to go container for $34.38. I am not happy.

If you’re in Canon City and looking for some amazing Pho, you gotta check out PhoUSA. Love the staff and the owner, they are incredibly kind and welcoming people and the food is fantastic. Deep clean flavors from the Pho broth, quality ingredients, nicely portioned. Pho is one of my favorite foods and PhoUSA is one of the best. Highly recommend the chicken and/or rare steak Phos.
