Best pho I’ve had in KC. I’ve been on a pho kick lately, and the fact that they offer beef tripe pho instantly won me over — it’s hard to find, and they nailed it. The broth was phenomenal, the staff was welcoming, and they even had a great selection of imported beer. I’ll definitely be back.

Myself, my daughter and my little sister came to this establishment and it was mine and my daughter’s first time. First and foremost, the atmosphere is very inviting and the space is super cute! Steak Pho, spring rolls and fried shrimp rolls were what we ordered and let me just say that this food is hands down delicious! The ingredients in the spring rolls were super fresh and the broth for the Pho (my favorite part) was divine! The lady that took our order was so very sweet. I have finally found my favorite spot when I’m craving Pho!

Literally my favorite place, I eat here so much I decided it’s probably time I gave a review. The pork rolls are so delicious and the broth for the pho is divine. Today we also got the chicken bahn mi sandwich (delicious) and the basil wings. The wings were seasoned to perfection to the point I even ate the bed of vegetables they’re served on. Well well well don’t I got a story to tell y’all. On February 6th 2026 around 4pm me and my lover was once very loyal customers to now being told to leave and to never come back over very rude and poor customer service and wrongly prepared food that they didn’t want to change or make new one because it didn’t meet to the customers expectations . I’ll break it down for people who ever plans to go over there which I advise to not. So me and my lover ordered the wings , seafood pho with no onions or vegetables and the chicken pho. With the wings they come with a mix of vegetables on top of it but we told them to instead not put them on there because how it make it makes are stomach feels afterward. So they bring the chicken wings and i should have took a picture because you can tell the wings where just down right brunt and you can smell that they are brunt as well. My lover told the lady who runs the front who wears glasses and has a ponytail in all the time when we come to the establishment that can we get the remade and if so they we don’t want it because the wings are clearly brunt. She yet responded with “ no I can’t take them back because I’ll get in trouble by the chef and her boss “ I just said fine because immediately her attitude was picked up by me and my lover but my lover said no and asked her “ if it doesn’t meet are exception why can’t you re make them like any normal establishment” she then responded with the same response and me and my lover said just take the wings cause we are not about to be sick from brunt food. After she took them back we did hear her talking about us in the back to the so called chef that she was gonna get in trouble by but we didn’t let it faze us because we where just hungry and wanted to eat but yet her and the chef are very unprofessional . She then brings the pho bowls that we ordered and slammed them on the table which was just doing too much. I should have took a picture of his bowl but you couldn’t even see the noodles are any of the meat in the bowl but just vegetables to the point we both was like is the bowl just vegetables in it. My lover did get irritated with the fact that the bowl was full of something that he said that he didn’t want. Same lady with the glasses who runs the front and slammed are bowls on to the table then responded with “ no you just said onions and I know you did because I write everything down “ me and my lover both said no he asked for no vegetables and was asking them kindly to remake the pho bowl and I then told her what was the problem with making the bowl. She then said that she didn’t care and that we can leave and never come back. So my and my lover left and now all of a sudden the chef in the back is yelling at me and my lover saying to never come back plus the rude and unprofessional lady in the front which led to me a my lover saying “ we will not be coming back to an establishment who doesn’t care about the people who helps them make profit “. We will never come back to this establishment and we recommend that nobody goes unless they wanna be screamed at for not liking or wanting to exchange their food because it doesn’t meet your standards or expectations. This establishment is very unprofessional behavior from the whole entire establishment. Me and my lover will spend are money at Vietnam cafe on Campbell because there customer is amazing and the environment is very joyful to be around and kind hearted as pho tower is the total opposite. Thx you pho tower for making sure that loyal customers will never come back and if you’re a loyal customer be prepared to be asked to get kicked out of their establishment.

BEST PHO IN KC/KCMO HANDS DOWN… I’ve tried them all, this is the one. The wings, the curry chicken, the calamari, the crab Rangoon, & most importantly the pho is ALL so yummy. I’ve been a trillion times, every time it is giving delicious & amazing service. Jenny is lovely. Please try and bring friends to try & make this your favorite pho place too, they deserve all the customers. Top tier quality everything
