I just discovered this Vietnamese restaurant in Auburn, Washington. It serves some of the best pho (noodles) around. I like the noodle texture, it’s perfectly cooked, and the broth is so flavorful. There’s a good balance of meat as well. We had two large bowls, and it was $14.95 per bowl. A decent portion for the price.
I would have given this place a five-star review, but for the following reasons.
1). When we went inside the restaurant, no one greeted us. I had to wave to the people in the back, and the grandma showed up. My wife and I were sitting at a dining table with a bench that seats up to four people. She brought us a menu and told us to sit at a smaller table with two chairs. The whole restaurant was vacant. There were no customers beside us, so we were a little puzzled by that.
2). After dropping off the menu, she never came back. I noticed six different customers come in and place an order with her at the counter. I was wondering about it and decided to take the menu to her and ask if I needed to order from her at the counter. That’s when she said, “yes, you order here.” So I placed my order with her, paid for it, and tipped her at the counter as well. I wish she had told me about it when she dropped off the menu. Maybe she told us in Vietnamese, but we didn’t understand it.
3). The restaurant is a bit crowded with plants, and they have the heat up pretty high to keep the plants alive. It was not while trying to enjoy a hot bowl of noodles.
I like the noodles. But about 45 minutes after we left, my wife threw up. Not sure what it was. I just noticed the noodles were a bit oily, that’s about it. Could be the fat ring in the bowl of soup.

Overall, my experience was about a 3 out of 5. I checked their online menu beforehand, but the prices listed there were incorrect. I expected to pay around $17 for my meal, but it ended up being $27. It seems their prices have increased, but they haven’t updated their menu or their Google Maps information to reflect that. The food itself was good, though the portion of chicken was smaller compared to other places.

I don’t really wanna sound mean on this review like,, the food was great n all but my noodles had a fly in it I sent my noodles back 2-3 times and found flies every time it came back.. I didnt even touch the last one either and I still found one liked the strawberry bubble tea tho ??

I’m really disappointed in this place and I can’t believe what I have received with them. I DoorDash chicken pho and they gave me this which has raw meat in it not even cooked good thing I didn’t eat it. I definitely would not recommend this place after that. That is common sense. You should never give someone raw meat not even cook cooked.

When walking up to the restaurant, it smells delicious. The prices were a bit higher than expected for portion sizes, but understandable due to the current economy. However, the soup was extremely sweet, and I needed to use quite a few limes to add a little bitter to it. I know that some may love it, but it was just too sweet and not enough flavor.

It was my first time ordering from them, but I give them a 5/5 for their service alone. I originally ordered an oxtail pho, shrimp fresh rolls, and a banh mi.
However, while they were processing my order, they called to let me know that they were out of the banh mi and asked if I wanted to replace it with anything. I just asked to remove it.
When my order was delivered, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered me some complimentary shrimp spring rolls! It was such a nice, classy touch and unexpected treat.
The food itself was quite good. The shrimp fresh rolls were stuffed with lettuce, noodles, and shrimp. The shrimp spring roll was fried perfectly and bursting with whole shrimps. Unlike most places where it’s just a few measly stuffing, their spring rolls were abundant.
As for the oxtail pho, they gave us a generous amount of oxtail– like 4 big pieces. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had a good mouthfeel. My only complaint was that the oxtail wasn’t as tender as I’d prefer, but it was still very delicious.
I highly recommend Pho Time for anyone seeking pho in the S. King County area. They’re a small mom ‘n pop who clearly care and are doing their best in these crazy times. The food is wonderful as well.

Amazing food and friendly service. Pho and crab rangoons were absolutely incredible, as was the garlic shrimp. Boba tea came as a slushee and was very refreshing.

The pho was very savory. The veggies were fresh. The bowl was really big. I ordered the large and ended up only eating about half of before I was stuffed. The ladies who work here are always friendly. It’s pretty much everything I look for in a pho restaurant.
