New owners! Great food! Great environment! Amazing service. Justin was amazing. My daughter wanted to try a different milk tea, and Justin was happy to replace it with one she LOVED! The pho was absolutely delicious. Great portions for an even better price. We will absolutely be coming back!

New ownership is great and the food is delicious. Pictured is the vermicelli chicken noodle bowl. We’ve been here several times already and pho, egg rolls, and spring rolls all recommended as well. So excited to have a good spot in Brighton.

We were excited to give this place a try after we heard it was under new ownership and they did not disappoint. Everything was hot & fresh. The pho broth was incredible and the meat from the combination rice plate was delicious. Everyone was attentive & friendly, we will definitely be back!

Don’t let the 3 star rating detour you. This place is under new management and AMAZING. Just left the NEW restaurant. USE TO BE PHO 81, New ownership and name change to PHO THANH ! This place has just been reopened for 3 weeks and I couldnt wait to leave a review!
I am a PHO SNOB and Asian Chef, I have tried every pho restaurant in the Denver Metro area and this place has now blown everyone out of the water!! They had a special Chef come in from a competitor restaurant, he has downscaled the menu and put love and focus to what a pho restaurant should, THEIR BROTH! Their broth was OUTSTANDING, homemade, nearly clear, seasoned beautifully! You could tell this broth was not mixed with a jar seasoning or fake seasoning that many competitors use. This is a problem I’ve found with many pho places that try to “do too much” with an oversized menu. They then replace their ingredients with store bought pre-made items and go downhill. Here, the MEATBALLS were homemade and the BEST pho meatballs I’ve EVER TASTED. My husband, a chef as well could not stop raving about it. Prices are good $14 small, $15 medium and $16 large, noodles are plentiful for serving!
BOBA COMING SOON! This will be my new GO TO spot for pho, thankful its local and I don’t have to drive far to hit my cravings! My wish is to have a Traditional Bahn Mi or Cháo lòng one day on the menu, but I cant wait to try their rice platters! Service was a bit unattentive like he wasn’t trying to interrupt, the timidness was not bad and he was very kind, making sure to check on you. They are still working out kinks but I hope they are around for a while!

We used to come here often when it was under the previous ownership, but it had been a while since our last visit. When we decided to stop in, we didn’t realize it had changed ownership. This had always been one of my favorite pho spots because of the flavor, so I was a little worried it might not be the same.
The new owners have made several updates to the interior, and the restaurant feels much cleaner and refreshed with the newer furnishings. Most importantly, the pho did not disappoint—it was absolutely delicious. Even the small details, like the nicer bowls, added a nice touch.

7 feb 2026. Grand opening with new owners. The pho broth is killer and way better than the broth from previous owners. The Vietmese yogurt is really good.

25 Feb 2026. I heard that this Pho restaurant was under new ownership and that their broths are terrific. So I came to try it out today. I had the Pho Oxtail … I do not get Pho too often, but I had never seen this on the menu. For the $3 upcharge, I added tendon.
It was very tasty. I even bought an extra container of pho broth to go.
It is unfortunate to see that they “inherited” a low rating from the prior restaurant …. so they could certainly benefit from others posting here about their experiences.

Very nice food. Portions are fair to large for what you pay. I don’t know who other people are talking about but usually if you arrive after 5pm there is an older gentleman who is very quick to have you seated. Food can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes to come out but it is always nice. The Bahn Mhi’s are fairly large and moderately filling. Pad Thai is very nice and decent serving size. The Pho is nice and the broth is done very well.
Highly recommend coming here if you are in Brighton, Colorado.
