If you like plenty of meats in your Pho Special Beef Noodles this is the place. Can be busy at times but worth the wait. Most places will skimp.. 1 piece of this 2 pieces of that but I can honestly say that this is the only place I’ve had traditional Vietnamese Pho with this amount of meat. My large serve of Pho with fresh rice noodles is cho-co block full of beef tendons, beef meat balls, tripe, thinly sliced raw beef and cold cut beef. Served with blanched bean sprouts, fresh basil, Asian mint leaves. A companied by piping hot fragrant beefy broth to cook those thinly sliced raw beef.
Not only do you get heaps of meat but the serve is bigger than most places serving the same dish and reasonably priced at that. Large special Pho $22, small $20
There’s lots of different Vietnamese noodle soup dishes here that I have yet to try. But only about 3 rice dishes. Highly recommended for Pho lovers. This place definitely be our new haunt.

I have been here a few times and this review is for a recent visit. This has been one of my Cabramatta go to places for pho. Tips and highlights:
– This place is super efficient when it comes to placing your orders and getting the food out soonest possible. The staff are there to quickly take your order verbally.
– This place can get quite packed during peak meal times
– If you have trolleys or large bags, I highly recommend leaving it at the front of the shop as seating arrangements can be a little cozy.
– They have CCTVs around the shop.
– There is complementary tea for each table.
– My go to order is the rare beef pho. The recent visit tasted saltier than before. Nevertheless, it was still ok. The texture of the noodles was lovely. Love the vietnamese mint in the pho.
– It is possible to swop the type of noodles if rice noodles is not your choice of noodles.
– They accept both cash or card. Payment is at the counter in side of the shop
– Staff are ok. They can speak English, Vietnamese, Mandarin and Cantonese
All in all, it is generally a good placd to check out pho. Hopefully, they balance out the saltiness.

The pho broth was fresh and well-balanced, without any overpowering sweetness. The sliced cooked beef was thin and tender, while the beef tendon was spot-on — perfectly cooked with just the right bite. Portions were generous, with enough meat to leave a man full and more than a woman could likely finish. The bean sprouts were blanched, which took some getting used to, but the meat and broth were so good they stole the spotlight. As for the rice noodles, I only remember how silky and smooth they were. The owner and servers were elderly and spoke Cantonese, adding to the charm. Next to us sat an elderly couple who had just finished their grocery shopping — it all made for such a warm, homey atmosphere.

Yum! The special beef pho was so yummy and the broth was so smooth and delicious with all the herb flavours! Lots of noodles in each bowl. The staff are so friendly. Also each table comes with a pot of earthy fragrant tea. We also got the rice with amazing lemongrass pork chops and the mince pork rice rolls with that come with slices of pork cake and a tasty chili vinegar fish sauce.

The Pho Tai (rare beef pho) here is absolutely incredible! The broth is rich and flavorful, and the tender slices of beef melt in your mouth. The portion is generous, making it a comforting and fulfilling meal
I’ve visited this place more than five times and even recommended it to friends because of their exceptional pho, it never disappoints!
As for the Com Dac Biet (special combination rice), it was just okay. The pork chop is decent, and the soup tastes nice, but overall, it doesn’t stand out compared to the pho.
If you’re visiting, I’d highly recommend going for the pho instead, it’s their true star dish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really authentic flavor and not short of beef meat, shanks and packed a punch soup for bun Bo. It will get crowded during peak hours and owner is happy to serve you.
Owner is well conversed in Vietnamese, Chinese and Cantonese if you are abroad from home looking for a home flavor in Sydney.
