I absolutely love this Domino’s, Papa John’s around here is the worst…never order from there unless your desperate. This Domino’s has a lot of good staff. They are always understaffed like many places these days, but the staff that are there knock it out of the park. I’ve never had a bad order, everything has always been great. Sometimes it takes a little longer because of the staffing issues, but they are always polite and courteous. Especially the delivery people. If it’s a little longer they always apologize and it’s understandable. All around great place.
I ordered online a pasta bowl and they only put a half of the portion. Not recommend, worst Domino’s store @ 215 Ivey Ln Taylortown, North Carolina.
Delivery hasn’t been an option for a while. Not sure if just because of short staff? Not sure why else it could be(don’t come at me about gas prices) but the food was done fast but we weren’t notified right away so.it sat under a heat lamp for 30+ mins.
Ordered pizza and soft drink for pick up. After paying was told there were out of coke… too late already paid. It’s a rip off be careful.
2 Hours since I placed an online order for delivery. Still no delivery.Called an hour ago…the Millennial that answered the phone offered no explanation or apology for the delay. Probably interrupted her texting or phone surfing. OMG, customers are such a pain!!!
I am writing this review after the 2nd time we ordered. The first time we ordered, the app was showing that the pizza was in quality check for more than an hour, so we called. They transferred us to the manager, and they told us that they had a shortage of drivers, and that is why it was in quality check for so long. They redid it so it was fresh, as they promise. The second time, we gave them the benefit of the doubt about them being understaffed so we chose carside pickup. We went to the place, and after the app showed the pizza was finished, we waited almost 10 minutes for them to come out. They never did, so we went inside to get it. They don’t bring out the pizza to your car, and about 4 other people also had to go inside to pick up after waiting for a while in the car. The pizza is good, but the customer service for this location is bad.
WORSTTTT EVERRR!!!! CALLED AND TRIED TO GET MY WHOLE ORDER REMADE FROM THIS DRY, HARD PIZZA AND HARD WINGS!!! THEY DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AFTER I PAID WITH CASH!!! IT WAS A DELIVERY TO THE HOSPITAL!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
My husband placed an order tonight. After 40 minutes and still nothing, he contacted the store to ask about its status. The gentleman (Glen?) on the phone stated “Oh. shes making it now”. My husband asked for the order to be cancelled and Glen hung up on him.
SLOW, slow, slow. Slowest service/pickup and delivery time ever. We’ve ordered from here 6 times now and had 4 poor experiences. First bad experience our pizza was over cooked, dry and not very warm by the time it got to us. The second bad experience was when I pre-ordered for pick up, waited 20 minutes and drove over to the store which takes another 5 minutes so plenty of time for the pizza to be finished (they quote 15-20 minutes). The pizza wasn’t finished, I waited another 20 minutes (so 45 total) and then finally cancelled our order. The third bad experience was when it took them 57 minutes to deliver our pizza on a Tuesday in the middle of the day (post lunch rush before dinner). So again our pizza was again no longer warm and it had been over cooked. The manager gave us 50% off our next order after that and we tried to use it the other night (I really wanted to give them one more chance). They again quoted me 20 minutes and we got there in about 20 minutes. Pizza took an extra 10-15 minutes they got our order wrong 2 times. The crust was the wrong kind and we ordered a cheese pizza and they made us a pepperoni. I seriously just don’t even know how you can mess up a cheese pizza. At least they gave it to us on the house, but even with a 50% off coupon the WAIT and incorrect order just wasn’t worth it.
Literally the worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. They’ve delivered me the wrong order 5 plus times. I should have known better to order from the again, but my kids like it. I order online with the app. After the first two wrong orders, I started following up with a phone call to make sure they had it right and they STILL would show up with the incorrect order. The managers were unapologetic and only offered to resend the order…as if we want to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for our dinner. Tonight, I finally demanded that they refund me and I will never order from them again. I don’t know who owns this branch, but they should take a hard look at who they have running it.
