Worst experience ever with a chain pizza place. Ordered delivery and waited well over an hour and some change. Mind you it’s prob 5-7 min from our house. The app said it was delivered and it was NOT. Obviously they delivered it to someone else’s home. Tried calling to speak with them about it and the woman just put me on hold for over 20 min then the line cut out. Tried calling back. Was put on hold indefinitely. I will NEVER give Dominoes my business again. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Could have been an easy fix and they could’ve just sent the pizzas out again but NOTHING. I will file I complaint with my bank to get the order refunded.

I ordered a pizza online that took 4 attempts to make. When I got to the store I paid for the pizza and was handed a smaller size than I ordered. The guy behind the counter had NO customer service skills and would not help to correct the issue. He just stood there like a box of rocks. I actually paid $5.00 more than I usually pay for a larger size. Needless to say I will NOT be giving Domino pizza any more of my business.

So I got a 30$ uber eats gift card today and ordered 29$ worth of pizza at 8:10pm I didn’t have any money left on the gift card to give a tip which i don’t know if you can tip through gift card!so I figured I’d give the driver cash instead! I waited until 9:10-9:30pm for my order scheduled to arrive it didn’t arrive! Said it was on its way until about 10:15, Then at 10:34pm it was delivered! An hour and a half past the scheduled time and the pizza was cold! And to look at the receipt it was made at 8:19pm that’s pretty sad! Probably wouldn’t recommend ordering from here and sorry to the dude delivering it! Should’ve been honest and stayed on schedule and you would’ve got tipped pretty good being as I got the pizza free from a gift card and definitely had a good tip waiting for you! Hopefully you deliver quicker and don’t put orders last just because you don’t see a tip

Been ordering from this location for 4-5 years now. They are always consistent and the food is always what’s expected. Orders are always done quick. Pizzas tonight were great, crust was crispy and delicious.

Ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas regular crust. Came out in a L box more like the size of a papa John medium pizza and the supposed regular crust was thin crust. They couldn’t even put the proper amount of sauce and left about a 2 inch crust. Crapy experience.

I was really impressed with the staff at Dominos this evening. I’m sure Saturday is their busiest day, and they had three employees all working hard behind the counter – one making pizzas, one taking them out of the oven, and a third building boxes and getting the pizzas into the right boxes. Clearly they were behind, and probably missing a worker or two, but they worked really well together and were hustling. When the phone rang and they literally had no one with a free hand to answer; they called for a driver in the back to come to the front and assist, and she jumped right in. I’m sure it was an overwhelming time for this group but they all were working hard and handled it really well, and kept a pleasant attitude throughout. I was proud of them!

Can you believe that this Domino’s located in Taylor Town delivered me a pizza 1hr and 30min late. When they told me it would only be 20-30min.
That’s not all, Lol The driver passed my house 3 times with me flashing my porch light. That’s not all! lol He came to the door with the pizza in his hand and tried to tell me that they no longer put deliver them in the warmers. Lol That’s not all !!!
He had turned the pizza over and thought I was going to pay for it. lol Halloween really came fast.
Well guess what Domino’s Taylor Town you just lost another great paying customer..
Don’t use this place!!! It is a DISASTER….
