Father Resolution
I feel as though the owner or chef should do a better job of scheduling staff to put the food order away. I have seen cases apon cases of raw chicken and pork product sitting out side for hours on end. As a chef this sickens me to think a company feels this is ok to do. I’m really surprised a owner would allow this to continuously happen.

Adore the food here, just walking in everything smells so good! There are a lot of options and combinations as well as delicious vegetarian options. The food is very fresh and there is a great selection of drinks. I recommend this to anyone interested in trying Pho or Vietnamese food in general. Pho Street got me started on loving Vietnamese food!

I wanted to visit this location as I was in the area. I have visited their location in center city Philadelphia several times over the last few years and the service and food was excellent nearly every time.
I went in to get takeout and the food itself was delicious and perfectly portioned. I got a grilled chicken banh mi, spring rolls, and an iced Vietnamese coffee (espresso with condensed milk).
It did take a little while to get everything out to me and the coffee took longer as they apparently forgot it. Once I showed my receipt, they came back after another 5 minutes with the coffee.
To be fair, they did seem busy as it was during lunch hours. Again the food and coffee itself were excellent. The service was slightly lacking. Also worth noting, there seemed to be lots of seating space for those who want to dine in.
Overall, will definitely eat here again if I’m in the area.
