My first time out here in Miami trying out this food after a long week working the activation at Red Dot Miami since Thursday this was the best food to eat after a long night. Makes your body cleanse itself. Plus anywhere I am in the world always going to take the opportunity to eat Asian food. I would give this place a 10/10 and suggest that they do comeback to this location.

Pho Sho Miami is hands-down one of my favorite spots for Vietnamese food in the city. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, clean, and relaxed—perfect for a casual lunch or a cozy dinner. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always happy to explain the menu or make recommendations if you’re unsure what to order.

The pho is the real star here. The broth is incredibly rich, aromatic, and clearly simmered with care—deep flavor without being overpowering or greasy. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous. Whether you go with the classic beef pho or try one of their other protein options, everything tastes fresh and well-balanced. You can really tell they don’t cut corners.

Beyond the pho, the menu has a great variety. The banh mi sandwiches are packed with flavor, the spring rolls are fresh and light, and the appetizers are perfect for sharing. Everything comes out quickly and beautifully presented, which is always a plus.

What really sets Pho Sho Miami apart is consistency. Every visit has been just as good as the last, which is rare. It’s the kind of place you can confidently bring friends, family, or out-of-town guests and know they’ll leave impressed.

If you’re craving authentic, comforting Vietnamese food with excellent service and great value, Pho Sho Miami is a must-try. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Pho Sho Miami never disappoints. I recently ordered the chicken pho ramen, and it was absolutely amazing—especially since I don’t eat pork and am always looking for great alternatives. The broth was incredibly flavorful, comforting, and light while still being rich and satisfying. You can really taste the care that goes into it.

The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the noodles were cooked perfectly—not too soft, not too firm. Everything tasted fresh, from the herbs to the vegetables, and the portion size was very generous. It’s hard to find a place that offers options like this without sacrificing flavor, and Pho Sho Miami truly delivers.

The restaurant itself has a clean, relaxed vibe, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to answer questions and made the experience even better. Service was quick, and the food came out hot and beautifully presented.

What I appreciate most is that Pho Sho Miami makes it easy to enjoy delicious Vietnamese food even if you have dietary restrictions. The quality, consistency, and attention to detail keep me coming back.

Highly recommend Pho Sho Miami to anyone craving comforting, high-quality Vietnamese food in Miami. This spot is definitely a gem, and I’ll be back for sure.

As a tour guide, I’m always looking for reliable spots I can confidently recommend to visitors, and Pho Sho Miami has the best spot.

I see there are some bad reviews but I can say that I am very satisfied! I’m a huge fan of pho and super picky about it. I got the beef pho and it tasted amazing! It was hot enough and the beef was sooooo tender

I will say that the meatballs can be better. That’s my only complaint.

Just left there like 30 minutes ago and If I could give a zero star I would!! Worst pho I’ve ever had. The soup was lukewarm, vegetables tasted terrible, a literal bowl of onions, overcooked noodles, just disgusting. Barely touched my food asked for a refund and was refused one. Just disgusting, terrible customer services, lady that works at the restaurant next to them getting in the middle of it as well as if we were talking to her. Just terrible.

The people working this station in the citadel were very nice, no complaints on them at all.
However, we ordered the beef pho and it just wasn’t it at all. The beef and meatballs were so cheap and so so fatty not even in the way that I know it’s bad for me and I love it, but in the way I had to take a ginger candy to let the ick pass. The fat globs were inedible. The noodles were good, the broth was a little desabrió, and the herbs were fresh. Total for one beef pho was 19ish before tip.

I can’t speak on the rest of the food, but we probably won’t go there again.

Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm and didn’t meet our expectations. We spent over $90, including an 18% tip given to the cashier, for one bowl of pho, one rice bowl, and an order of egg rolls, which felt very expensive for the quality we received. This was also my fiancé’s first time trying Vietnamese food, and sadly it wasn’t a great introduction. Overall, for the price and quality, it was disappointing.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! The servers were nice enough, but the food was terrible flavorless and super expensive definitely not worth it. The pho needed other flavors. The shrimp bowl was seriously missing shrimp. It had like 4 in the whole bowl and they might have well been the shrimp in a cup o noodles. Spring rolls were over cooked. A waste of $114! It’s a NO pho sho.

I think after their two last bad reviews they stepped up their game! The pho was AMAZING. Full of flavor and the steak was a brisket that was perfectly cooked.

The pho is good here (nothing super special) but it does satisfy the craving. We did order an appetizer because they assured us it was gluten free but it turns out it was not. If you have a gluten allergy maybe stay away from any appetizers.
