We ordered some starters to share. When we asked for small plates, the waitress told us that they charge to give us plates!
The beef pho was pretty good. The meat was good quality meat and the broth was flavorful. The egg noodle dishes (pork dumplings and shrimp dumplings) lacked flavor. The broth was bland.
Overall the food was good (stick with pho), but we were not happy with the service (wanting to charge us money because we asked for an extra plate for the starters). They could be a bit more customer centric.

I loveeee this restaurant, it’s my most visited restaurant for a reason . The food there is very tasty especially the pho soup (top notch!!). The servers are always very friendly and welcoming!

We had some spring rolls and dim sum to start, followed by chicken and udon noodles, plus curry with rice.
The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived which was encouraging We were warned there could be a 30 minute or so wait for food, we were happy with that as not in a rush and often a sign that food is fresh.
The food was fresh, tasty, and generous enough portions be filling. The staff were very welcomig, polite are professional.
We will come back here if we visit Ghent again.

Feels like we have been scammed. Never before have I been charged for an extra EMPTY bowl to share food with each other. Even dried chillies cost extra! Such a nice way to conduct business 🙂
Not to mention that the food itself is very disappointing: the broth is tasteless with zero bone broth, the wok fried rice full of deep-frozen vegetables that look like left overs.
