We have been coming here for about 10 years after our visit to Vietnam, wanting more of the same kind of food. We were concerned about local recent reviews, but were pleased to see our service was excellent and so was the food. Still has the large portions and excellent flavors. It is so nice to have an authentic Vietnamese food here locally.

I’ve been here for the pho about 5 times. Every time, the pho has been great. The service has been hit and miss, sometimes fast and friendly, sometimes slow and unfriendly. The great pho trumps the occasional sub-par service, but the problem is the condition of that bathrooms. Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were terrible. The smell was horrendous, likely from leaky plumbing, and there was no hand soap which made me wonder whether the staff was washing their hands. I have to wonder if proper sanitation and food safety practices are being followed based on the upkeep of the bathrooms. I’m not sure if I’ll go back as I feel I may be risking my health for this pho.

The prices are great, portion sizes are huge, quality is exceptional, people are wonderful, restaurant is clean and charming, and the food is really authentic.

My husband and I come here regularly. Our favorite is number 14 combo vermicelli, which we order every time. The portion size is large enough for us who have a large appetite, and it’s absolutely delicious. It’s my husband’s favorite dish in Lynchburg.
The service is a bit slow last time we went due to being under staffed, but we are understanding and appreciate how hard working the owner is.

Found large black hair tangled into bean sprouts in my food I got for take away/to -go. I’ve been ordered from here every month for over a year. They know my name. When I called to report it the women acted confused and didn’t believe me. She asked for photos before issuing a refund. So here’s the photos.

Saigon’s pho is top shelf. Consistent quality has made me a regular over the years and I’ve never been disappointed. I haven’t ventured too far away from pho because I’m largely unfamiliar with Vietnamese cuisine but everything I’ve seen here looks good

The food and service was amazing. They were very considerate of my vegetarian diet and gave me veggie everything. The phô is very good as well as the summer rolls, fried spring rolls and my friends pork dumplings. They also supplied us with water without asking and kept our cups full with I appreciate. The chandelier is a nice touch also.
10/10 would recommend!
