This Dunkin’ in Lauderdale Lakes absolutely deserves 5/5 stars. Every time I come in, the service is quick, my order is accurate, and the coffee and food are fresh. The store is clean, organized, and runs efficiently even during busy times.
I especially want to recognize Aryana, the cashier, for outstanding customer service. She is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, greeting customers with a genuine smile and great attitude. She took the time to confirm my order, answered my questions without rushing me, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. Her positive energy creates a great atmosphere and truly sets this location apart.
Because of Aryana and the excellent service at this Dunkin, I will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. My partner and I ordered last night. (Check receipt pictured) My cappuccino wasn’t a cappuccino. It was just a regular latte. But the Donuts absolutely sucked. I had my dinner excited to have my favorite Donuts Glazed CHOCOLATE !! Just to see these cold glazed donuts. Unbelievable. I’ve ordered from other Dunkin’s and they make the drivers call to see what we would like as replacements if they’re out of the requested items. There’s no excuses!

One of the best Dunkin’s in the area, crew it’s outstanding, fast service and the most clean store I have walked in Best part is me walking into the store and Aryana make my coffee without me saying anything. She really knows my coffee shout out to her for her. Go work at the customer service skills.

I had such a good experience at this location. The staff is so friendly. Got my food done efficiently. But I do prefer to walk in then drive-through because it can be a little crazy in the mornings, but still my favorite breakfast spot.

They care so much about the timers on drive through, you’d hardly call it a drive through. Someone outside taking your order. Slowing down the line. You are told to drive past the pick up window ajd wait in the next door parking lot while they deliver your food. All to keep the impression they are moving cars faster?

Inside is nice and the conference room is an unexpected add. I was in a meeting for 3 hours watching their big screen flash the chicken and roasted pepper wrap over and over. I went to order it at the end of my meeting and I was told it was discontinued.

This is now my 3rd time being disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service has really gone downhill. The only person who seemed to take their job seriously was Marcus, who kindly took my order, this review is not a reflection on him. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff showed a complete lack of urgency. Asking me to pull into a parking spot for just one cup of coffee is ridiculous, and to make matters worse, the coffee was made wrong, seemingly on purpose. This is now the second time I’ve had this experience at this location, and it’s unacceptable. Management really needs to address these issues before more customers are lost.
