Another delish Vietnamese place to go to. We were here like 2 years ago and was not happy with the food, but we went back tonight and everything was surprisingly wonderful. We figured later that they changed the kitchen team. Our Phở broth was flavor food (I went for special cuz I love stripe in my Pho). The portion for Rice and Grilled Pork Plate was great. The seasoning of the pork is delicious and the side dishes are crunchy and tasty. The server is so kind and considerate as he asked if we wanted the side broth for the rice dish. The price is reasonable for the portion.
Highly recommend!

I’ve been to several pho spots here in Indy—hands down this is the BEST spot to go to! I love their pho , it’s amazing and the flavor is amazing. The workers are always very pleasant and I always get sat right away. I usually dine solo; Worth it every time!

Yesterday my wife and I went to the restaurant and ordered one bowl of pho and one bowl of duck glass noodle soup (#54). Everything was fine until my wife wanted to buy two more duck glass noodle soups to take home. We asked the cook to add extra broth because many times before when we ordered takeout, there wasn’t enough soup compared to what we were served when dining in.
When we got home, I was really surprised because what we received were two bowls of chicken glass noodle soup (#53), which is a cheaper item, and they came with very little broth even though I had specifically asked for extra.
I think this restaurant gives the least amount of broth for takeout orders in Indiana. I would not recommend ordering takeout.

Service was quick and food served hot. The best flavor came from the chili crisp. The pho broth was OK. The way the won ton was wrapped like a purse affected the texture and taste of the won ton. The thickness of the won ton wrap gave a doughy thick pasty taste.

Pros: – nice atmosphere, very polite servant
– the order was ready pretty fast (we only had to wait around 10 minutes)
– very delicious food (we had pho beef & meatballs, bun bo Hue, Ngo sen salad for 2 people)
– 1 meal per person is more than enough to get full
Cons: I wanted to order everything on the menu but I couldn’t cause I can’t eat all of them
P.S 20% mandatory tip is included in the bill. Total cost for 1 meal for me was $15.54 with the tip and tax.

We tried Pho Saigon on a whim because it was close to where we had an appointment that afternoon. We love Vietnamese food so we tried it. It was a good choice. The fried egg rolls were very good. The chicken curry was nice and spicy and hot. It would have been a great way to warm up on a cold day. The frozen Thai tea was an interesting twist.

Food was fabulous! The best Pho I’ve had in central Indiana. Service is not so great. The servers are friendly, but you they do not check back on you. If you need something, you have to go get it yourself. Maybe this is expected? If so, let patrons know.
Overall, it’s a good place to have Vietnamese food.
