Honestly such a pleasant surprise!!!
I grew up in SoCal, so I wasn’t expecting to find this level of pho in Alabama—but this place delivered.
The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and everything tasted comforting and well done. I wish the portions were a bit bigger tho.
The atmosphere was a huge highlight too—great decor, cozy vibe, and a space that feels intentional rather than rushed.

This place is great! The service was amazing, such a sweet waitress. I got a bowl of pho with brisket, fatty brisket and roundeye. The broth was very good, just the right saltiness and flavor. The portion was so big I was satisfied with half and brought home the rest! I also got a grilled pork banh mi and it was very tasty. I’m sure I’ll be back to this restaurant soon!

For a tiny little town of Dothan this was surprisingly good food. I had a noodle dish, the kid had a pho. He said it was really good broth. The noodle dish was spot on. Waitress did a great job of picking out what was good on the menu. From the hand rolled eggrolls to the noodles and pho. Great job all the way around, and the reviews aren’t wrong.

We didn’t try pho this time.… I got Bun Bo Hue the meat tastes very tender and clean even though it comes in smaller noodles but the broth is good enough for a small family restaurant which is not too crowded for Vietnamese. The salted Vietnamese coffee is out of this world… Tastes way better than the artificial syrup at Paris Banh Mi

What a wonderful spot for lunch. The atmosphere is calm with nice decor and friendly staff. The food was delicious and not heavy but very filling just the same. Started with spring rolls with pork and shrimp. Moved into a giant bowl of noodles with 3 choices of meat and vermicelli noodles with sides of herbs, jalapenos, and sprouts. Very happy to have stopped here for lunch.

Thursday lunch was our first visit to Pho Saigon. We had Egg and Spring Rolls as an appetizer. I had Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and my wife had the Egg Roll bowl. The food and service was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, spacious and pleasant for conversation. Pleasantly surprised to receive a military discount. Highly recommend and we will return!

Pho Saigon blew me away with my first pho experience! Their clean and spacious dining room immediately put me at ease. I visited during the late afternoon on Friday July 19th and the friendly waitress was a lifesaver, patiently guiding me through the menu and making spot-on recommendations.
My spicy beef bun bo was a flavor explosion! The perfectly cooked noodles, rich broth, and perfectly balanced toppings had me hooked from the first bite. The milk tea, a delightful mix of purple goodness and chewy honey balls, was a sweet treat better saved for after the meal.
This place is a gem, and I can’t wait to return and dive into their tempting sandwiches next time. Pho Saigon is a must-try for anyone new to this cuisine or looking for a delicious and authentic Vietnamese meal.

We had a good experience here. The facility is clean, well lit , and simply decorated, which is perfect for me because I’m a minimalist. Our server was friendly and the food arrived very quickly. I had chicken soup and they brought me a tray of fresh cilantro, basil, sprouts and jalapeños to add to it, which was fantastic. My hubby had the grilled pork dish in the photo and he loved it. We also tried the fried dumplings with sweet chili sauce and they were delicious. I will definitely eat here again and I recommend that you give this place a try, too!

This place will be great if they just hired more help. While I’m sitting here they have a waitress who is doing the best she can. But it’s kind of packed. It’s during Black Friday weekend and she has to wait tables, bus the tables, check people out, answer phone, take phone orders, and bring food and drinks out. I don’t understand why they just can’t hire 2 people to actually run this place. It’s giving cheap and don’t want to pay people for a job. I do come here a lot they just have to do better as far as food coming out faster. It’s not fair to her or the actual people who come here to eat to keep this place open.

First time having Pho SaiGon and absolutely loved it! The food was tasty and super affordable, especially since the portions were so generous. The server was great as well – tended to us wonderfully and answered any questions we and other patrons had. Highly recommended to check it out not only if you like Pho but just if you like warm soup on a colder day!
