TC P ( server name) was a very good server and met all of our expectations. The manager of the store was very upbeat to all the guests. The atmosphere was good. There was a slight issue with the food but TC P did her best to remedy the situation. Ultimately a dish was taken off the bill as a result.

Blooming onion was on point crunchy and delicious. Service was great! The chicken with the blooming onion batter and sauce was such a disappointment. It was hard, arrived with no sauce, and so tough she couldn’t eat it. I had sirloin and coconut shrimp, which the shrimp was under cooked & mushy in the middle, and the bake potato was hard, unable to eat it, as it was under cooked.

Really good place to visit. Our waiter Caitlyn b was absolutely wonderful. The food was good and the drinks were great. The shrimp was a little over seasoned but still edible, Caitlyn offered to have new ones made but I declined because it could just be my preference that was the issue

There was a negative vibe there. No one was smiling from the hostess to the server to the food runners. My chicken sandwich was so small I thought it was from the kids menu and it was dry with no taste. We sat for about 10 minutes after food was served waiting for silverware so we could eat. Maybe an off night because the previous time we ate there it was much better.

The was food terrible. I never go to outback. Always I go to longhorn but my wife wanted to go. The first pic is longhorn the second is what I got at outback. Our waitress sucked. The only good thing was the out fashion. Never going back.

This was one of my best curbside experiences at this outback. The phone was answered quickly, my order was read back to me, and I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. I started to open my door to come in and the 2 girls were outside before I could. My payment was returned quickly and 2 girls brought all of the food out at once. I honestly just wanted to go home and not check the bag, which I usually always check the bag given restaurants today, but I was in a hurry and said to my self “I’ll take it I’m just hungry”. I got home and my order was 100% correct. Bread, dressings, sauces, condiments, and every food item— even forks and spoons. Doesn’t happen often at resultants so I wanted to say thanks! I feel like my tip was actually earned!

The restaurant was not crowded with plenty of empty tables, but we were made to wait 10 minutes! We then had to wait another 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order! The food came out cold. The blooming onion was over fried and fried in old oil! The atmosphere wasn’t any better! There were dirty tables and dirty floors with food and papers. The manager and extra staff were just standing around doing nothing! Very disappointing! Horrible experience!!!!!

My family and I went for lunch today and we were waited on by a Brittany C. Brittany gave us the BEST service with a smile the whole time. She gave us recommendations on food and it was terrific as well. I drink a ton of water but my glass never was empty. The atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. I feel like this Outback has done a 180 almost perfect so I had to share. Thank you Outback of Spartanburg (my hometown) and thank you Brittany C. I would hire Brittany any day !!!!

If your in spartanburg or in a surrounding town you need to come to this outback and ask for Frankie! He is absolutely amazing, made the night so much better to be out. I got to enjoy a lovely meal and the kindness of a stranger! Thank you so much outback for hiring Frankie! It was the best thing you could have done! So sweet and like he actually cared about us enjoying our meal! 5 stars all the way around

We came in the other day and I just want to give credit where it’s due our server Frankie was super attentive and so kind! Some how he was always one step ahead of us! I went to ask for something and he was on his way back with what we needed before we even asked! Absolutely incredible service! Will come again and hope he’s there to wait on us again!
