I had an appointment in town & stopped here for lunch. Incredible pho! Ever since my favorite pho place closed down, I’ve been on the search for some actually good pho & I found it! The broth was flavorful, so yummy. The meat was tender & also had flavor to it, unlike some places where the meat is plain. The portion was huge, I couldn’t finish it all, had to take the rest home. The Thai iced tea is very creamy. My partner got chicken fried rice & said it was delicious as well. The portion for the fried rice was big too, he didn’t finish it all.
Wonderful service. Our server was friendly & refilled our drinks multiple times. It was quiet & peaceful the whole time we were there. Cute little shop but still plenty of seating for multiple families to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good pho & other Vietnamese food. The menu is big so there are a lot of options if you don’t want pho. If I’m ever back in this area, I’ll definitely come back for the delicious pho soup!

This place is a hidden gem in this small city. We had a long drive and decided to stop by to eat some pho. Their pho was delicious! It was rich and flavorful, it had clear broth and the size was decent. Also we ve got general chicken, it was very tasty and the portion was very big. Definitely, would want to come back again to eat their amazing pho.

Great Asian restaurant!
Besides the great teriyaki chicken they also have the best Vermicelli in the Gorge!
Plus they serve Pepsi so you can never go wrong with that!

What a hidden gem in a smaller community! We have tried pho in over 20 cities, the broth of this one ranks among the top.
We called and made sure that their broth is homemade, and was assured that they cooked the broth for 24 hours, which was reflected from the first sip of our order. We actually ordered a separate bowl of the broth to enjoy. The meat and noodles quantity is generous, so are the bean sprouts and basil, although we did ask for an extra one. The meatball is the only part we did not quite like. Other than that, everything was perfect!
We came in right after it opened up. The owner and chef was taking care of the plants outside and inside, to the small details of cleaning the drip pan under. The whole place is spotlessly clean, including the restroom.
The waiter is a young man who is efficient but not the big city friendly type. After talking with him more, you could tell that it is just his reserved personality.
Would definitely revisit it when we pass by next time. Highly recommended!

Some of the best pho – possibly the best – pho I have ever had. Owner cuts his own meat which results in the tastiest beef.
Small, clean, and nicely decorated place.
Highly recommend.

Great Vietnamese cuisine tucked in a quiet, unassuming location in downtown TD. Go for the lovely beef pho, but continue exploring the extensive menu. My favorite is the lemongrass beef over vermicelli, which is served with fresh crisp veggies and a perfectly balanced sauce to drizzle all over.

We walked into a beautiful almost elegant dining room. Very surprising to find such a restaurant in the Dalles. Amazing menu with many pages of choices . We all ordered different soups. Huge bowls of steaming delicate flavors. Then onto main course for me is Chicken Lo mein. Absolutely fantastic. Not only beautiful to look at but the fresh ingredients were the best.
All the food was good including a full bar . The service was lacking . Not a full house but another server was needed. Good place to order out too. Prices were very good for the large portions.

First time trying Pho Sai Gon at the 6th Street Food Cart Pod. I’ve been missing their pho since they closed the brick and mortar, and holy frick it hits. 10/10
BBQ Pork, fried rolls, and shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl
Rare Flank and Meatballs Pho
I got it to-go, and heated up the broth on my stove at home, then poured it on the noodles and raw beef flank. I have eaten pho up and down the west coast, and I’d rank their pho pretty high up there among the best. Definitely matches a lot of my favorite spots in Portland. Really glad they opened the food truck.

WOW! This place is SO good! I have been meaning to stop in and finally did tonight. Authentic Vietnamese food!!!!!!! This will be a staple for me, as it is hard to find good food in the Gorge. I am from the East Coast and recently moved out here and my biggest complaint is that the food options are slim and the quality/authenticity is majorly lacking. Pho Saigon is a hidden gem! They deserve more than 4.2 stars on Google reviews. I ordered the stir fried chicken with lemongrass and veggies and an order of spring rolls and everything was beyond perfect. Service was phenomenal as well!

One of my regular customers, Terry Bailey recommended this place. We have never been here, and hadn’t even heard of this place. Tina and I love eating out, and I love getting suggestions from other people on new places to visit. The food is very flavorful and not spicy. The hospitality is exceptional. This was definitely a great suggestion.
