Small Pho restaurant tucked away in the newish restaurant plaza off Waimanu street, next to Tanto Ramen. Free parking lot thats small but if you go during off hours theres spaces available.

Family owned, heard its closing soon unfortunately due to a family member thats ill so had to try before it closes for good

Small restaurant with 4 tables so people do quite a bit of take out. Pho was piping hot, garnishes were adequate and the housemade sauce labeled hot was fire
Water had no ice and was lukewarm so that was the only negative. Overall 4 stars hopefully i can return when im in the area one last time….

Everyone here is super friendly. Restaurant smells so good from the moment you walk in.

The pork banh mi is the best I’ve ever had, the bread is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just perfect. Totally recommend it. The pork rice plate was also really really good. Nice amount of veggies, everything tasted fresh, and the pork was super tender and flavorful. I didn’t try the pho this time, but I’m definitely coming back for it!

The pho was good. I had the spicy beef noodle was good. Fresh egg rolls were good. I got the lemongrass chicken banh mi but there was no flavor there. It had a curry color, no taste of lemongrass and bland. Not sure if I will try the banh mi but will go back to try other foods. Service was a bit slow since it was just the mother and daughter running the place. There were only 4 tables for dine in customer.

The name of this restaurant was really funny and pun-able. Told my family: For Real, I am going to Pho Real for dinner. 🙂

This store was small and tucked in between two other restaurants (Tonkatsu and Ramen). They only had 4 tables and 16 chairs.

The Pho broth was very good. It was beefy and generous with meats. I ordered combination Pho and yes, huge chunk of meat, tendon, etc.

The house chili actually came with a warning, “very spicy”. It was a good chili but I prefer a little bit more chili oil. And, yes, spicier than typical chili oil. They also provided generous amount of vegetables (bean sprouts, basil, lime, and sliced Jalapeno).

Only had time to post the aftermath. I don’t think a single word was spoken from the moment the food came out bc we were elbows deep in the delicious food. I ordered the combination bowl, the sirloin steak was so juicy and tender, the broth was deep and flavorful, and it had the most perfectly cooked noodles of any bowl of pho I’ve ever had. The owner treated us like family, she was so sweet and so friendly. 11/10, can’t wait to come back.

The real deal ! A small hidden gem(only 4 tables). The pho broth is exquisite! Light in taste and minimal MSG. Located in a nondescript strip mall with plenty of free parking. A small surcharge if paying by credit card.

I ordered combination pho, and my partner had the oxtail pho. Portions were good and the flavor was excellent! Broth is a little sweet and savory just how I like it. Service was fast, professional, and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

Found this restaurant staying at a hotel close by. It’s not a large space – 4 tables of 4. The pho comes out piping hot and cooks the beef nicely. Taste was good but the noodles were the the winner. The noodles were nicely chewy and didn’t get soggy even by the end of finishing the bowl. The spring rolls were underwhelming unfortunately. Small and skinny, not enough filling to wrapper skin ratio. Appreciated it came with veggies for a wrap though!

Hands down, this is the best pho spot we’ve found on the island. It’s a small, unassuming place tucked just a block away from Ala Moana Mall, the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to share because it feels like your own secret.

The service was quick and pho was exceptional. The broth was rich and aromatic, the noodles perfectly tender, and every bite reminded us why pho is the ultimate comfort food.

It’s our new go-to spot, the kind of place we’ll keep coming back to whenever the craving hits. I’d recommend it to anyone who truly appreciates great pho—you won’t be disappointed.

This small Family restaurant packs a ton of quality and flavor into their food! I truly didn’t know that Pho could be so good. The beef tendon was perfectly cooked, and mean PERFECT. No crunch, no grind, no funky texture. Spring rolls were excellent. The establishment is small with no frills, but the food, service, and prices were top notch. This is definitely my go-to Pho place from now on.
