Service and atmosphere:
Located in Galleria area right next to swanky Conservatory Galleria that features bars and various food vendors. Pho Prime matches the Conservatory vibe. It’s modern, swanky and well designed.
Service was good.
Food and drinks:
This place is called Prime for a reason. Great choices, very good presentation, great flavours and seasoning.
Vermicelli was soft and the grilled beef paired well with all ingredients on the plate. Yum!
Pricing:
$$ – all prices were worth the food quality and taste.
I definitely recommend this spot and will be back to try more foods.

Overall the food was pretty good, however the entree I got was excessively salty and a very small portion for the price. Half a crab in the gumbo with almost little to no meat in the crab itself. The gumbo sauce was a bit thicker than I typically experience. My girlfriend got a bahn mi that was very conservative in the meat department which was also a bit disappointing. The benigets were a bit on the drier side as well. Just a fair dining experience

$30 for Pho Duoi Bo (no skin) so fatty and just bone ! i wish they have more details descriptions- nice decor – seafood dishes may be better ( never tried) 🙁 not good deal lunch at all :))))

At 1:30pm, I came in, waited to be seated. Well, I was told to wait because there had no table available. I counted at least 5 open tables, but the boy said they were “reserved”. 5 random tables, all reserved at 1:30pm. This is my 3rd time there, and the 3rd joke just to be there to support the local business. Please don’t think you have the best food in Bellaire area.

My server was awesome! Miss Loan was very knowledgeable on the menu and had super quick service. The wait time was a bit long but the staff made the time fly by. The manager and the staff all worked together really well and it seemed like they did an excellent job supporting one another. I will *definitely* come back and recommend this to many people. The renovation is so beautiful , everything we tried was delicious and HOT, and the staff made everything even better. From the hostesses, to the bar team to the waitress. Everyone was AMAZING. The owners should be very proud of their team.
