We got seated right after entering and were handed menus, but we waited 10 minutes in vain. People who arrived after us had already ordered, while we were just sitting there ignored for 10 minutes — not a single server came to take our order. I was absolutely furious.
Service: zero.
The food tasted just average.
Food comes out extremely slowly.
If you order appetizers, it’ll take even longer.
Their service really needs to improve.

Larger space then expected. Staff were very attentive- to the point they were looking for things to stay busy. So there was too much interaction. That will probably adjust when they figure out the restaurants needs of staff.

You receive complementary tea upon sitting. The food was quick. I ordered the Peanut Beef satay pho. It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. The large was very little extra from regular, and the waitress said they can pack anything you don’t finish.

Note they will bring you your bill, upon request, but you pay at the back counter.

Thank you! I will be back!

New favourite pho place

I got the large beef satay PHO and it was excellent to say the least. Loads of flavour and noodles and best part is tons of meat!

This place beats all the other pho places in town simply from the portions alone!

Also got the crispy onion cake and tempura shrimp, they were so yummy.

Atmosphere and vibe of this place is very clean and tidy, loads of seating space.

Delicious Pho served in a modern western style restaurant! Nice and clean seating with nicely sized bowls of pho! Tasty broth and a decent amount of meat. Hits the spot perfectly on a chilly day! Highly recommended for anyone craving a great bowl of pho

I had the Beef Peanut Sate Pho(48), and it was honestly the best pho I’ve ever had in my life! The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and nuttiness. The beef was tender and fresh, and the portion was generous.

The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy — perfect for enjoying a hearty bowl of pho.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic, delicious Vietnamese food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My new go-to pho place. Located in Westhills, in a convenient location. The inside is super clean and very trendy looking. Initially I wasn’t expecting too much since it’s in the SW and looked overly trendy (which often is not a good sign). Was very pleasantly surprised! it’s my new favourite Pho location in the SW. No longer feel the need to drive to forest lawn/international avenue for a good pho.

It was a random plan with me and my girlfriend. We both were out for shopping when we decided to have lunch. Dwelling in the area we thought to go for something new. Due to flu symptom we went to try something soupy. As we entered we felt a beautiful welcoming vibe. We were greeted and seated in no time. We were given menu right away.

We ordered three appetizers and two main courses. For appetizers the order was chicken spring rolls, onion cake and Vietnamese style chicken wings. For main we ordered House special beef pho one large and one small size.

The food came out piping hot and tasted delicious. My favourite in appetizers was Chicken spring rolls (it’s a must try). The onion cake was slightly sweet for me but was yummy and the wings were good but the rolls were the highlight. For main course the pho was delicious and hot. The broth was perfectly balanced. The chilli oil was to die for. It was cherry on the top for me.

Overall it was a great experience. I would be definitely going again to try more from the menu. Highly recommended.

Consistently good overall. Tried a few things on the menu. Pho is good. Vermicelli is good. Com is good. Viet coffee is good. Fried chicken wings are alright, nothing to write home about. Bun bo hue is not great.

This is one of our go-to viet stops for sure for the things they do well

Pho Pham, a branch of Pho Hoan Pasteur, was recommended to me by a few friends as we thought about what to eat for lunch.

Pho Pham is a place that was made from a classic Vietnamese dream. It is indeed very good – and they definitely have the pho routine done well. Service is great and they were prompt and kind.

I have to raise a small complaint about the price. Let me be clear: prices all around suck for businesses and consumers. The portions I received in a Large bowl was alright at best. It takes buying an equivalent to an XL bowl ($20+) to get the normal portions I’d receive at another local restaurant.

I would eat here again, but I’d save up a little bit.

Pho Pham in Signal Hill serves consistently tasty and authentic Vietnamese dishes. The pho is flavorful without being too salty, and the spring rolls are crisp and fresh. Service is efficient and polite, and prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
