I’m happy to share that my experience turned out to be a positive one. The inside of the restaurant is adorable, with warm and inviting decor that immediately made me feel comfortable. Our server was patient and accommodating, which I really appreciated, and the menu offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
I especially enjoyed the deep fried shrimp wrapped in tofu appetizer, particularly if you’re one who loves seafood. I ordered the traditional beef pho with all the goods, including tendon and tripe. The portions were generous, and while it may not be the best pho I’ve ever had, it was still satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, I would rate it a four out of five.

Trying this place we were in the area.
I did read someone reviews talking about “the waiter was in the bad mood” I think our waiter was the waiter that the person mentioned about. He did seems cold and not friendly.. didn’t see any warm welcome smile but he still did what he need to be done. Probably that his actual personality, as long as he didn’t being rude or nasty with the service I’m ok.
The spring rolls usually came out super hot everytime we ate in every Vietnamese place, but in here came out warm. They might had this on hot box ready to go or quick refried them not sure, the taste was good.
My husband had meatballs pho and I had pork banh mi. The soup was pretty good but I didn’t really like the banh mi that much.

We got the chicken pho and the #38 beef pho delivered and both were very good. The portions were very large (I’m not sure why some reviews on GrubHub said they were small, don’t listen) and it was all fresh and tasty. Both pho orders had a lot of meat in them and the chicken was flavorful (which sometimes is hard to get when in broth). We also got the grilled pork rolls and they were good. We will come again.

I had never had Pho before and my partner was excited to bring me and try it out. It was so different from what I was expecting but also very delicious and light. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was easy and enjoyable to relax and enjoy my meal. I do wish I had room for dessert or coffee at the time though. Next time!

I’ve been to a few in the northeast area and this is one of the top spots
I was reluctant at first due to multiple reviews about “bad service” but I experienced very good service. The waitress was very attentive, it was clean, and everyone was very nice.
The food is very good and nourishing! The atmosphere is also nice as well.

Love this restaurant! The grilled pork is indeed perfection! I cannot get anything else on the menu, even though their pho and banh mi are also delicious. So I make someone else get the pho and banh mi so that I can have my grilled pork and some of their pho.

Used to be a frequent customer. Never again. Soup was inside the bag, the bag was tied, this is clearly a restaurant problem. The person isooke with was very rude, blamed the driver, and kept saying she cant help/ and thats not her fault. Its.difficult to blame the driver when the bag was tied tightly. Customer service is awful. I offered to pay for a new one, she said she still wanted me to call doordash who only refunded a portion of the cost. Needless to say, Horrible experience while ill. NEver again.

I got the chicken fried rice, and my boyfriend got a nice pho I forgot what it was called but it was amazing( of course I took out girlfriend taxes ) my fried rice was so good as well and I could not finish it, they gave a lot of food and I love to have leftovers for later so that was a bonus. Our server was very nice and even put the food in the box for us.

Who knows? Maybe I came on an off day.
Nevertheless, this was my experience.
Service was horrible.
The Pho was mediocre considering the price.
The Bahn Mi was the worst I ever had.
The bread was rock hard, which made it difficult to enjoy the sandwich.
Maybe I’ll give them another try in the future, but my experience fell waaay short.

Doesn’t look good to be so defensive and come at the customer.
In this situation
#1 You apologize for the bad experience I had
#2 You state that you try to uphold consistency and quality of both food and service
#3 THEN you ask the customer to give you another visit in the future.
As you can tell by my reviews, I base it off the experience I had, not what you “normally” provide.
No lies on my side. Just accept what it was for that meal, and strive to push for consistency.
Your reply as an owner is very immature and narrow minded in terms of responding to a customer’s experience.

After reading your reply to mine, I was curious and saw the recent reviews and noticed the same pattern for a lot of recent reviews.
Usually when a good portion of people are saying similar things, maybe it would be wise to “listen” rather than being defensive.
Hope your business continues to improve and thrive, but YOU really need to work on your people skills.
