I ordered a bowl of noodles with seafood. I reminded the server three times not to put crab sticks (imitation crab) but when my bowl was brought out, crab sticks were in the bowl. That’s a minus point for customer service. Other than that, the gentleman greeted every single customer when they entered the restaurant. This is a good point that I have rarely seen at Asian restaurants. He was friendly and polite too.
My bowl was good. The broth was great and. The dish of vegetables was fresh. I love their bean sprouts. I also had two spring rolls which were good.
The restaurant would look better if it was decorated with some Vietnamese pictures and played Vietnamese music.
Will check back next time and order a bowl of noodles with beef.

My friend just moved here, and while exploring the area we came across this Vietnamese restaurant. What a gem! After trying it once, I knew I had to come back.
On my first visit, I ordered the combination beef pho, and it was absolutely amazing—rich broth, fresh herbs, tender meat, and flavors that just hit the spot. It was so good that it made me return a second time, and this time I tried the oxtail pho (special) to go. Wow! The broth was deep and flavorful, the oxtail was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and everything was packaged perfectly for takeout.
The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. You can tell they really put care into their food. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and everything tastes fresh.
I’ve had pho at many places, but this is honestly one of the BEST OF THE BEST PHO I’ve ever had. If you love Vietnamese food, this spot is a must-try. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

A very cozy Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered a take-out Banh Mi with pork. The flavor and ratio of meat to fillings is perfect. The pork tastes really good, very tender and clearly marinated well. The only negative was the ratio of filling to bread. The bread is just a bit thick compared to the amount of filling, could maybe benefit from scraping the innards of the bread a bit before adding the fillings. I’d definitely get it again though!

Pho Nụ Cười Saigon is one of those spots that feels welcoming as soon as you walk in. The service is friendly and the food comes out fresh. The broth has real depth to it you can tell it’s made with care. The portions are solid, the meat is tender, and everything tastes clean and consistent.
Overall a really good experience. If you’re in the area and want good Vietnamese food, this is definitely worth stopping by.

We’ve been going here for years as we all have something different we like. Food taste great. They try to be pleasant; they are just fast as to your need.

I love me some pho and this is my go to spot. The broth is very flavorful and the toppings are fresh. Their chili sauce is also delicious! This is a hole in the wall with very kind staff.

Food is good but it’s a bit over priced. Enjoyed the pho even though I expected a bigger bowl for what it’s worth. Service is quick although we did have to wait a while to get containers for left overs. The place could use a deep cleaning as it looks like people eating there has been slurping pho broth all over the walls.

Great service! Very friendly staff! The food was very good! I suggest you dine in than take out! Ive ordered take out from this place x2 but I would recommend to dine in for a better warmer taste! I had both my kids so they were very helpful with packing my food after dining in! The portions are huge ! I also recommend the beef fried rice!

***Hidden gem *** really good tasty food around Woodbridge. Best pho I had around Woodbridge. I would highly recommend it. Plenty of parking and tables. Brisket soup is my favorite.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I found a bug in my pho, and while they remade the dish, they still charged me full price. When I brought this up to the cashier, she said it had already been “taken care of” because they replaced my soup, which completely misses the point. This isn’t just about the money, it’s about the experience and food safety.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty. The service here has gone downhill a lot recently, and this situation really showed a lack of accountability and care for their customers.
