Edit: I’m raising the review to three stars. I still feel the same about the day of the delivery. Since then someone reach out to me(I think a manager) and was able to assist. I would say that customer service is great.
Ordered tonight was told it would be delivered at 6:35. At 6:30 I got an email saying it was on its way. I live 2 minutes away from the location, in Scott’s addition. They took 26 minutes to deliver. It was cold and the buffalo wings sauce is partially translucent. Wouldn’t order again

I enjoy Marcos most of the time but this particular time my order came with a side of HAIR. It was actually baked into the pizza, I have no tolerance for errors when it comes to something my family and I have to consume. This shows me the cook may not have been wearing proper food safety things like gloves and or face nets and this is disappointing.

Most consistent chain restaurant pizza. We’ve been getting the Hot Honey Pepperoni Magnifico. We don’t usually order delivery we usually get take out. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The food took a bit of time to show up, but that was all Doordash. Jacob was super communicative and supportive throughout the delivery and really helped me out. The food was still good when it came too. Love this place!

We got a large via Uber Eats and it gave both of us instant diarrhea. Never before had life experience and hopefully never will experience again. Do not eat here. Call the health inspector if we still have one.
