Have been meaning to come in this place for some Pho, I finally did and was pleased with the choices of food as well as the gentle and kind service. I had the yummy brisket Pho soup and some spring rolls. Everything looked and tasted fresh they made my evening

So we only order beef low mein, no veggies and extremely spicy. The best part is there is no chili flakes to eat through and chili seeds. The steak is absolutely tender to perfection and lots of flavor.
I dont know about other food items but I recommend eating here. The portions are small for the prices though.

It’s unacceptable for the waitress/cashier to be on the phone while serving customers, and it’s also concerning that she couldn’t remember your order correctly even after repeating it to you. Additionally, the fact that your food was cold and bland only added to the frustration of the situation.
It’s unfortunate that this was your first time at Pho now, and it’s understandable that you wouldn’t want to return after such a disappointing experience. It’s important for restaurants to provide good service and quality food, and in this case, it seems that they fell short in both areas. I ordered my food but they gave me wrong order. I told them it was wrong and if they can make me the one that I ordered. The lady said she will fix it but returned 15 minutes later and when I asked if she got my food ,she said what order I don’t know what’s your order. When I just spoke to her 15 minutes ago. The cashier did not even check on us as she was so busy talking to the phone and giggling

I was nearby the area and was craving some pho. I decided go pop in and check out this place since it had good reviews. I ordered my fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce and the P7 (pho with beef brisket and other beef slices, forgot what it is). i ordered the large one priced at 10.99. the broth tasted authentically good, with good amount of meats in it. I quite enjoyed it. the spring rolls were fresh, peanut sauce tasted right. i came in right when they opened so i was their first customer. didn’t think i’d get fast service but i did! The service was quick and friendly. The server (teenage kid with curly hair and probably the owner (asian woman) seemed both kind and approachable. The server was also on his feet making sure the tables are cleaned and prepped. it is a restaurant on the smaller side, so it might be difficult to find seating during lunch or dinner times. All items seemed reasonably priced and i spent about $16 for both items I ordered. I didn’t get to try other items on the menu but i will be back for sure!

Love it. We go about once a week. We always come and dine in and every time we go the young girl that is always there she’s very helpful and offers great dine in service. Recently had a cold so we stop going but started ordering to go and the same great tasting pho even when we take it home. I’m not sure about the other reviews but we have become a regular customer and they have not disappointed.

If I could give this restaurant zero I would, I went there, and the food was very basic no flavor. The waiter was rude and unfriendly, and did not even check on our table. when it was time to pay, She charged me twice and said that the system only collected the amount one time.but when I called my bank and I showed them my bank statement, it showed that they did in fact, charge me two times. when I had called the waiter to inform her that she had charged me twice, she hung up on me so I went back to this restaurant and contacted the constable.They still are refusing to give me my money back even though both my bank statement, and my bank is showing that they had took twice the amount out. This place and customer service are horrible.
