Go eat here!!! They have great options for poke bowls, ramen, pho, and other appetizers and entrees too! The possibilities are endless. My fear is that not enough people will find this hidden gem in Brevard. We stopped in on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t busy. The server was attentive, but didn’t hover, the food came out quickly, and had excellent flavor. I wished the pork in the ramen bowl had been cut a little thicker, so it would have stayed a little more tender, but that is the only thing I’d improve. The marinated tuna in the poke bowl was flavorful, the sauces and hot sauces were great. They even have the fish sauce with hot peppers in it that I’m always looking for that I can’t usually find in any Asian restaurants around here. We will be back and you should try them too!

My family is from NY and we came here on the last day of vacation for lunch. The pho was absolutely delicious. Perfectly flavored broth, lots of vegetables and additions you could add too. Various sauces to add as well if desired. The Thai iced tea was also very good. Great service, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!

Lovely little food joint here in Brevard. The back dining area is shaded with tables, flowers, and trees. Food is good and fresh but not incredible. Service is friendly and fast!

The beef pho was decent. Broth had good flavor but it was really oily. Meats were generous but I wish the steak wasn’t over cooked. The herbs were questionable but overall, nice little spot.

I’ve been here a few times. The food always tastes so fresh and flavorful. When you ask for spicy though, they definitely mean spicy! The staff is very friendly and the outdoor dining is nice and chill with plants that give shade and other decor around, although there are wasps that try to get your food. Overall a fun place to eat, if not a little pricey but you get your money’s worth. Will definitely be eating here in the future.

I’ve eaten here a couple times since it opened and it has been great every time! The food is prepped and ready fast, the staff are great–they always accommodate if I have odd requests or modifications to menu items–and the food is wonderful! I’ve been wanting a local pho spot for ages and I’m so happy we have one now. A great addition to the Brevard food scene. The beef pho is excellent, very flavorful, and today I got the fried pot stickers for the first time and now I’m in love! Really, I didn’t expect to love just veggie pot stickers, but they’re so delicious! Also, it’s great for introducing people to pho who’ve never had it, because they put all the different ingredients in separate containers, so you have complete control over what goes in the soup! 100% recommend!

When this place opened it was really good. For what it was, a takeout pho place it was 5 stars. The pho itself was delicious and the portion was really pretty good, the broth part came in a quart container mostly full.
Over the past two years, I’ve eaten here about once a month, and I think the quality has steadily decreased notably each time I’ve visited.
Originally the pho broth was rich and clear but dark, the last time I visited it was almost clear and didn’t taste like anything but anise.
The broth portion, they stopped using the quart container and switched to something about half that size, and the second-to-last time I ate here the half size container was half full. So the next time I came, I asked them to make sure to put enough broth, and I really think they took the half filled small container and filled the rest up with hot water. It was almost completely colorless with no flavor except anise. The basil leaves were wilted, there was half the normal amount of noodles. There was half of a meatball. It was really pathetic, and like $16, which they then, after that, want you to tip for takeout, which I’m fine to do if it’s what is expected, but if they are charging $16 for broth and noodles they should just pay their employees instead of trying to outsource payroll to the public.
I guess they have just decided that reducing costs (and raising prices) is better for business than keeping up their quality, which, again, was initially really good.
Also, just so you know, the potstickers are not like regular potstickers, they’re filled with some kind of green mush. They taste ok if dunked in the dumpling sauce but they forget to include that, lately, and don’t provide enough when they do.
I’ve seen restaurants go down this road before, it’s a pretty common trajectory. I’ve seen some recover.
I’ll give this place another try in a year or so and see if they have pulled out of their slump, and I’ll update my star rating if they have.
But, bottom line, if you’re a soup restaurant, you can’t sell containers of hot water and expect the public not to notice.

We are never disappointed by this restaurant! They have delicious ramen and poke bowls, and the servers are always so friendly! Today, we even got to try the new summer dessert, a Thai tea shaved ice with tapioca pearls!
