First time visiting the little Vietnamese restaurant on Saturday evening. Getting busy and full house after 7 pm. But food served quite fast and friendly servers.
We tried fish cakes vermicelli soup, no 16, special rice noodles, 32C vermicelli with grilled chicken and spring rolls, NL 2 platter great to share among 4 people, sticky rice serve with mangoes papaya salad, fried chicken wings, fried salt and pepper shrimps, grilled beef ribeyes, fried quail (a big dry!) others taste good. And prefer boiled beans sprouts rather than raw.
Will recommend to friends and come back for other food too.

Authentic Pho’taste with generous servings and a nice atmosphere. The Pho’ tastes clean and healthy with the herbs and veggies on the side. We find their food to be satisfying and has become a “comfort food” for me and my wife here in Toronto. Must try if you are craving noodles and Vietnamese food near Dufferin and Steeles.

Imagine a prototypical neighbourhood Vietnamese pho restaurant and you will get Pho Non La. The place is authentic.

The service was fast and the food was such a comfort. The fried spring rolls were light, fluffy and tasty. The pho soup base was beefy and real.

When you need an authentic pho fix, you can’t go wrong hitting here!

Good spot if you want quick pho, especially during the lunch rush.

Restaurant is a good size with lots of comfortable seating and high ceilings, making it feel spacious and bright. Portions are very generous and a small pho is more than enough for one person.

I always get their rare beef pho – the broth isn’t as flavourful as some other pho places in town but still good. Can’t comment on the other items too much but can say the vegan soup was well loved by my coworker!

Tried Pho Non La recently and was genuinely impressed! The food is fantastic — especially the Bún Bò Huế, which was rich, flavorful, and just the right level of spice. You can really taste the authenticity in the broth and ingredients.

The service was also a notch above what you usually get at casual Vietnamese spots — friendly, attentive, and efficient without being overbearing.

Just a heads up: they only accept debit or cash, so plan ahead. But for the quality of the food, it’s well worth it. Definitely coming back!

Great Vietnamese restaurant. The presentation and quantity of food is so good. The prices are reasonable. The service is prompt. My stir fried noodles tasted great. You can come in with a larger group of people here, there’s ample space. Vegetarian options are lacking. The only thing you can get is noodles. And maybe rice if you can eat egg.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in town. Great portions for the price. The pho is one of the best, hearty and not too salty. Their mango and papaya salads are also very good. Fried chicken wings with fish sauce and calamari are a must try!

Great little pho place!

We ordered the beef pho, grilled pork bun and papaya/mango salad.
The salad portion size was huge. It was excellent as it was crunchy with a good tangy flavour. It was a good start to the meal. The pho had lots of meat. I found the broth a bit too salty for my liking. Ample amount of noodles, but they all clumped together so we had to swirl it around a few times to loosen it up.
The bun had lots of veggies and there was a good amount of grilled pork on top. The pork was a bit dry but still flavorful. The spring roll was really good though.

Service was fast and efficient. Staff was super polite and helpful.

Definitely worth a try.

I felt like walking into a restaurant in Vietnam, my excitement boiling over in anticipation of trying their assorted platter with fermented shrimp paste dip, and I can’t miss the pho. The huge assortment of proteins includes nem nuong (pork sausage), crispy fried tofu, dill fish cake, and boiled slices of pork. I can’t even count the number of flavour combinations you can feast on when you factor in all the fresh veggies, all of which are completed with the signature dip that is a pungent kick of funky, fishy, salty, umami and a touch of sweet acidity to balance it out. I would HIGHLY recommend pairing this with a plate of broken rice, which’s also a platter of its own, features egg sausage, crispy shrimp paste, grilled chicken and BBQ pork that pair excellently with the broken rice, but are even better as another protein to wrap in tons of fresh herbs.

Additionally, the pho contains a generous amount of different beef cuts with the soft, comforting hug of the rice noodles, with a slightly sweet, beefy broth that’s characteristic of the South.

We got the Bun Dau Mam, Com Tam Dac Biet, Pho Dac Biet
