My 1st time as a walk in. I order a pie of Pizza. Greet by a young man. Very attentive I believe they didn’t have certain vegetables, I was very understandable. Then a young man from the back name Musa offered me another pizza which sounded great. I left happy. Then Musa came to the front and started to talk to me and giving me a speech about me watching the football game and that the pizza mentioned was a great deal. Blessings to this young man. Have ordered multiple times in the last few months with every time being disappointed. Food is never delivered in a timely manner. Food is always cold and most of the time undercooked. Very disappointed and will not being ordering or suggesting this branch to another human soul for the rest of eternity. I hope every future customer reads this and decides to be smarter and go get a Tony’s Frozen Pizza from your local grocery store or closest gas station. I ordered a medium pan pizza with 2 toppings..pepperoni and jalapeño peppers. The picture is what I got! They are supposed to be fixing it. Never ordering from there again. Employee told me I have to give them back the incorrect pizza. If they know anything about customer service, you let the customer keep the incorrect order AND replace it.. happily! Note to self: always check the order when it is delivered to make sure it’s accurate!

Lived in 7 states, Dominos is Dominos in every state, except Burlington, VT. No ida what they are talking about. Owner is making major $$ while customer get the wrong order. I would avoid, and go with Little Caesars, or some local kitchen. This place his a mess, and they offered no apology. (expect an 800- number as a response tomorrow). Oder Little Caesars if your in Burlington.

First order said it was ready for delivery 10 minutes before it even left I live 1 min away took the driver 8 min to get here so almost 20 min out of the oven before I got it. Then it was cut so 2 pieces were half the pizza. I attached photos

Placed our very first order from Domino’s since we moved to VT a few months ago.
Brooklyn style pizza and cheesy bread with spinach and feta.
Order was ready on time and we received a $3 “tip” (credit toward the next order) for picking up the pizza ourselves.
Pizza was good and bread was a little overdone.
Store is rather small and is located on a corner, right by the traffic lights at a busy intersection. There’s a small lot next to the store, road is narrow and they share the parking spaces with the building tenants.
That being said, if you’re driving to pick up your order, finding a spot to park can be challenging.
