This is the BEST Beef Pho I’ve had here in Burque! The broth is so flavorful & rich, just perfection! The combo Beef pho comes with TONS of meat in it. Personally, I love the marrow and tensions the best. We got the fried veggie& pork dumplings this time too. They were perfectly golden, crispy outside, juicy inside, just delicious! We also got the spring rolls, which contains pork & shrimp. We also had the steamed bao bun with marinated pork belly. The only down side was the pork belly was quite dry & chewy. Other than that, everything was amazing as always!!!

We ordered the oxtail pho, pan fried pork belly bahn mi, chicken noodle soup, and a chicken with rice meal. Everything was great, the broth was super flavorful! My kids, husband, and I all enjoyed our food.

I’m currently home sick with the flu and am feeling terrible. Ordered chicken pho on their website. They never received my order online which is not a problem, my husband reordered, left, and come back to get my food. They said 20 minutes. He picked up the food and brought it home (we live less than 3 minutes from this place, behind their strip mall) and when I opened the box I had no garnish at all. He went back to the store, hoping they’d still be there 10 minutes before they’re scheduled to close at 9:00pm. They closed 15 minutes early. Never ordering here again. Terrible experience, doubly terrible because I’m sick.

We decided to try this place since it had good reviews we got our food to go we ordered Large and were expecting the broth to be fuller than what we got. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and the chicken had a bad taste I had to remove it from my broth in order to be able to actually finish it.
For the prices and what we got I doubt we would go again

The places is very up going with the colors and the simple but well put together. Authentic flavors I would say the broth needs to be a bit hot (temperature)that’s just me, but everything was delicious. Service was great I like they were able to split the bill without any inconvenience, they were very friendly and attentive. The Pho was authentic the broth was clear and taste amazing. All vegetables and herbs were fresh. If it’s a cold day and you need to warm up, stop by you will enjoy getting warm to a nice bowl of pho

I wanted to like this place, but the experience didn’t make that possible.
Pho Nho is a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque. The wait time for the food was unusually long, especially given we only ordered one 6” Bánh mì apiece. There were five employees for five tables, so staffing wasn’t an issue.
The Bánh mì we got were the “shredded pork with skin” option. There was less than 1 tablespoon of shredded pork per sandwich. At first, I asked the server if they had dropped off the wrong sandwiches because the only part visible was a slice of lunch meat. I’ve never seen that on a Bánh mì before. He opened the sandwich and pointed to the remnants of a tiny bit of pork, which I still didn’t see until he had gone. It was such a small quantity I thought it was a condiment spread on the bread instead of the featured ingredient. The quality was low quality as well; I’ve actually made better Bánh mì at home, and I’m a terrible cook when it comes to Asian food. I felt like I had been hoodwinked with a menu that had false advertising. If you’re going to give me a lunch meat sandwich, just list that.
After dropping off our food, we didn’t have anyone check on us for the entirety of the meal, then went up front to close our check. I ran out of water since no one filled it, but by that point I just wanted to go.
With the slow service, bad service, poor quality of ingredients, and feeling like I they pulled a bait-and-switch on me with the ingredients, I can’t give any more than 1 star for this joint. Pass on it.

The food is great, it is extremely tasty sand I actually typically don’t like pho, the service though, is very lacking. I’ve been here a lot and you’re lucky if you get a refill on your water and I almost always have to go up to the counter if I need anything, like a to go box or a refill or even silverware sometimes. I really hope their service improves.

My initial reaction to the food was not great! Lol. But it wasn’t bad. I ordered the combination pho. I personally like more aromas in my broth and they didn’t have it. However the broth was not heavy with oils or salt, so you know it was made here. The amount of meat they give you is generous!! . The peanut sauce for the spring rolls were good and portioned well.
Overall, I would come here if I was in the neighborhood for lunch. Other items on the menu and well as reviews make me want to try other items. I was not disappointed only surprised. the chili paste was sweeter and changed my pho flavor so I will not use that again. And they’re playing Mexican music, which again… just is different. lol.
Give this place a try! Not your typical pho place

We love the Meatball Noodle Soup ( Pho ). As for the Grilled Pork Chop , it was just okay. We preferred broken rice instead of regular steamed rice.

I’ve eaten here 3 times, two of the 3 food was warm closer to cold then hot. While I only order pho noodles the flavor is different each time . Today is my 3rd time and my noodles have no flavor it taste like water. I added more beef flavor and it didn’t nothing. I’m wondering if maybe they missed an ingredient because of the holiday? I’m disappointed today. I should have just made some home cooked food.
