Saw this place has a high rating on Google Maps and my partner and I decided to try it out since it’s near us.
We ordered Egg Coffee, Coconut Coffee, Fresh Spring Rolls, Classic Bahn Mi, and Bun Thit Nuong. The portions are huge for the price! Spent less than 1,000 pesos for all. The veggies are fresh, the favorite was the liver paté and baguette of the Bahn Mi! Unbelievably crunchy and not funky at all The sauce for the BBQ Noodles was on the sweeter side, which is okay but we it to be more tangy and salty.
As for the drinks, both are not overly sweet and there’s still a kick from the coffee. We loved the coconut coffee more! It has a thick coconut cream base. All in all, super loved it and will come back again!

After binge-watching Vietnam travel vlogs, me and wifey were ready for some authentic Vietnamese food. A friend of ours posted that he ate at Pho Minh Vu and a quick decision was made.
We came here on a Saturday evening. The place is on a quiet and peaceful street. We walked in and met a very friendly staff member who quickly seated us.
We went through the short menu and decided on the Classic Pho, Classic Banh Mi, and fried springrolls.
The banh mi came first and I was excited to try my first ever Banh Mi. Oh man — it was phenomenal.
For the first couple of bites I was just trying to figure out what I was eating, the flavors were so new.
I also dug into the pickled onions and chillies (tray on all tables). Note that these are strong flavored but ABSOLUTELY delicious!
The Pho was also excellent. I’m not personally a fan because I find the flavors muted but my wife raved about it, and she knows her pho.
The rolls came later but were amazing and a must try, IMO. I was about 70% full after the Classic Banh Mi but greed made me order the chicken Banh mi as well. It was just as good as the Classic. Ensure you pair it with the Banh Mi sauce they give you.
We weren’t done. We ordered the Classic Brown Coffee and the coconut coffee.
These drinks left us speechless. This is not an exaggeration at all — is this what coffee is like in Vietnam? We’re definitely going to confirm in person, lol.
We enjoyed the coffees to the very last drop. Service and quality of food here is off the charts and the prices are very fair. We also chatted with the owner, who’s a very friendly and polite person, and clearly cares deeply about the restaurant.
We’re definitely coming back soon.

The place is cozy. Love the ambiance and minimalist interior design. Aircon is working properly and the staffs are attentive and friendly. Love this place and food and coffee is amazing.

just a bit pricey but the food is good. The ambiance is very nice and the service is excellent. I ordered the beef balls pho, strawberry yoghurt drink and my friends ordered some rolls with their chicken pho. Everything was good, only downside is the limited parking and limited seats. Its a small but perfectly lovely place.

A great local! The broth is flavorful, unusual for me for pho, but may lean towards a more Chinese-y herbal taste. The portions are sizable, for example, the pho, bun & fried spring rolls are good enough for sharing between 2 people.
The bread for the Banh Mi is crunchy and airy-light. They are generous with the mayo-butter.
Best of all, the coffee is excellent. One of the best Viet coffee retailers locally.

Pho lacked the authentic taste and was rather too salty. Coffee was actually very good. Bun thit nuong was not authentic at all.
