This place can come in in a really nice pinch at night! This place is open until 3:00 a.m. which makes it a hot spot for late night activity, or if having a late dinner. They have an extensive menu that you first order at the cashier first prior to getting a table. You then receive a number that you just place to an existing table. Theres have a lot of comfort vietnamese food that you can order around as well as alcohol and drinks as needed. I suggest to buy the rice plate with the red rice! But there’s also garlic and fried rice available, as well as noodle. Overall a very straightforward place! I definitely don’t mind using this place If I’m in a pinch at night!

It’s a decent Vietnamese place to get pho and even Filipino dishes. Yes they sell Filipino dishes like the silog’s Longsilog, Tocinolog etc. Chicken Adobo, Caldereta, Pancit. I haven’t tried their Filipino dishes yet since I mainly order their Pho combination soup. They open late too until 3am or 4am if it’s the weekend so that’s a good thing if you’re looking for late night Pho. I will post photos of the menu and the Combination Pho I usually order for you to check out.

This was the only place that was open until 4 AM

I came around 1 AM and every single seat had somebody sitting in it. I did notice that there were were not many Vietnamese people that were there.

We ordered three pho to dine in and one to go, but we never got our to go order. It took about 45 minutes to get our food, and they never brought out our to go food.

You have to pay before you sit down, which I like the concept, but it definitely doesn’t make it more efficient. This usually is a good way of doing things, but it ends up taking forever for your food to come out for every place that does a pay first then sit down business model

Pho Mai is one of my favorite pho restaurants offering some of the best broth I’ve found. The broth is so savory, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. And of course they offer all of the standard ingredients that you can customize to your liking.

It’s not fancy, so if you need that, move along. You order at the register, take a number and they bring your food to your table. And they’re open very late (3am-ish)

They also offer other traditional Vietnamese dishes, if that’s what you prefer. And lots of drink options; maybe more drinks options than food options.

I love that it’s open late, 3am. I went at 1am. The parking lot looks sketchy cause there are no lights and this place is the only thing with lights on. Prices are great in my opinion.

Had the #1 pho. It was good. The broth was so full of flavor. Good amount of meat.

The taro boba was great. No complaints.

The grilled pork with rice and eggs was good too.

Now the papaya salad, who different story. I’m not sure if it’s meant to mimic the Laos/Thai versions but it was so bland and tasteless.

Got the Tom yum and classic chicken bone in pho with a side of chicken satay and 2 drinks – lychee and passion fruit.

Liked both the Pho dishes. Chicken satay was very chewy. Liked the lychee drink more than the passion fruit mango.

Visited Pho Mai on a bustling Saturday night and found the place nearly at capacity, yet the ambiance was welcoming right from the start. We were greeted promptly upon entry and given the flexibility to choose our own seating, a small yet appreciated gesture that set a positive tone for the evening. The ordering process is a bit unconventional—you place your orders at the register—but it’s straightforward and the staff there couldn’t have been friendlier.

The food was simply delicious, showcasing authentic flavors that resonated well with our palates. However, patience is advisable as the preparation time leaned towards the longer side, and dishes didn’t arrive simultaneously. Despite this minor hiccup, the quality and taste of the food were undeniably worth the wait.

All in all, Pho Mai offers a delightful dining experience with its friendly service and flavorful dishes. Just be prepared for a slight wait, especially during busy hours, which is a small trade-off for the quality meal that awaits.

Pho Mai #1 Noodle House is a solid, no-frills go-to for hearty pho and more — especially late at night — with a diverse menu and generally good value. It doesn’t pretend to be upscale, but its strengths are in variety, accessibility, and flavor. If you have patience and go with the expectation of casual comfort food rather than fine dining, it’s definitely a good bet.

When they first open years ago, it was really good… The place was packed. It was clean no boxes around in the front packed and stored. As the years went by I feel like their service went down and The service also declined as well as the food. I stopped going there because I felt like the service and the food quality was no longer there like it was in the beginning. I feel like it is dumping now and the food is just not like it was before. So for that reason, I no longer go there I would not recommend anybody to go there.
