I am moving out of town and have been busy all day. Decided to drive into town and get a Big Mac/no lettuce, get back to the house and to my surprise no cheese on my special order. Please make sure to train your new employees to memorize the menu. The hamburger patties were also well well well done, as in burnt!

This specific location has very rude staff. I’m a doordash delivery driver and I believe they banned me from the store. I went to pickup an order there so I sat down and waited patiently for the order. I look over to the counter 15 minutes later. There’s an order sitting on the counter, the order I’ve been waiting patiently on. Why didn’t they call out the order they know who I am. I preceded to ask if the order was ready once I realized that one was sitting on the counter. The manager asks the same question to the same person who never calls out the orders no matter how many times I asked her to do so as it is there job. The manager points her finger at me and rudely says I’m talking here. So everything is there after all that commotion I say to both of them. Horrible 3 times and walk out. There is no reason to be rude to me as I am merely trying to do my job. How hard is it to call out a order ready for pickup ? I feel I was banned wrongfully as I’m an amazing dasher who uses hot bags catering bags etc. this is a business to me and I treat it as such and would like to get unbanned if that’s possible.

My first review was two years ago. Today 7/2/22, my review is about….butter! Ordered pancakes and I specifically asked the associate (I’m sure he was the manager as he was dressed differently than the others) if there was butter in the bag. He said “yes, it’s at the bottom of the bag.’ Guess what? no butter! Why tell me there is when he didn’t even know for sure. I wasn’t eating at my home so I had no way of using my own butter. SMH Managers, check your customer’s requests before assuming!!!!
