The pho was delicious, portion was more than enough for a large. There is also a bar and some games like DARTS. Only thing is the inside probably could use a update though, carpet needs to be shampooed or replace, restroom was dark. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot if you want good pho. I cant wait to go back.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I’ve have had lots of Pho in many places throughout the country and this place made me audibly say “wow”. When you walk in it might seem a little ordinary, it’s nothing fancy and has that hole in the wall feel. Don’t let that fool you. The service is great, very attentive and charming. The food? Even better. I got the steak & brisket pho which was DELICIOUS. They give a great ratio of noodles and protein to broth. Also recommend the egg rolls. I’m still thinking about them.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Pho Liu with how good the food was! From the outside, Pho Liu was interesting: a Vietnamese restaurant with a sports bar? It works though. The staff was friendly and service was pretty quick.
I had a Large Meatball Pho. The serving was huge and the pricing is great ($12.99)! Both my friend and I weren’t able to finish our bowls. The broth is really good and you get a large portion of noodles. Would recommend getting their Pho, especially on a cold day!

Best pho I have had in while, broth was not watered down and there was so much meat in my pho. The broth was rich, fresh, savory and did not have that watered down licorice taste, like almost all the pho place in the PNW. Really liked how everything thing you needed was already at the table, like chili oil and didn’t have to ask for it. Pho was piping hot, didn’t have to wait long for the steak and brisket to cook. I will be back (going back tomorrow again lol).

The friendly service is very much appreciated. We had the pork bahn mi and vietnamese ham and Chinese bologna bahn mi. Both were tasty. We also shared a bowl of beef brisket phò. Disclaimer: My boyfriend makes some of the best phò I’ve ever had. Soooo, I’m kind of phó picky. The broth in this phò was very light. Missing the layers of flavor that I expetoence in my boyfriends phò. What looked like thai basil (forgive my naivete) had a peppery aroma that threw off the taste of the broth.

I wasn’t expecting much when I saw the outside of Pho Liu in Burien, but wow, was I pleasantly surprised! We tried their grilled pork vermicelli bowl and the brisket pho.
The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the pork and prawns were bursting with flavor. The vermicelli bowl gets a solid 8.5/10, and the pho an 8/10. Overall, it was a sensational experience that I highly recommend!

We came here because It was one of the closest restaurant that was open late and the fact there was a bar next door attached to it is pretty cool. Maybe next time Id go to the bar then to sober up ho have some pho. Anyway it was a great experience, server was courteous and the food was delicious. I’d definitely come back if I’m craving pho or other Vietnamese dish when Im in the area.
