Today we had exceptional service! Melanie (?) the Barista when we came in at 1115 made our drinks quick and perfect! (The cappucino was actually a cappucino with foam etc).

Yesterday (12/21) we were here around 930 and it was a circus and drinks weren’t right. Took 17 min for our 2 drinks. The staff were having fun, which is great, but it was a total disarray!!! One of the workers was so loud I dont know how anyone could work. Thats probably why everything was

Very disappointed got to drive up window and wanted a berry refresher with lemonade asked for it and they were out of all lemonade then ordered a turtle mocha cooler and 2 other coolers. Waited in the drive thru a good 15 minutes got to the window he took my money and we waited another 15 minutes to be told that they were out of the powders to make the coolers. If you are going to be out of everything put a sign up or close. I won’t be back very disappointed!

Went to get a refresher was told that they had no lemonade. Which was no big deal. Got to the window and after sitting for 10 minutes was told the had no powder to make a cooler which I had ordered cause they had no lemonade. Nothing was done about sitting that long and then getting told they had none.

Best coffee in town, 100%! Other coffee spots coffee tastes so weak in comparison. However, any time I order cold drinks, they fill the whole dang cup with ice (even if you ask for or mark light ice) and you get 5 or 6 drinks of actual coffee. I’ve mentioned this before but it never seems to change so I just stopped ordering anything over ice.

Their prices are slightly higher than others but the coffees taste far superior so it’s worth it. Plus, get the app and they often have deals for being a Perks member.

I was left waiting at the counter to order while the staff handled and completed 2 seperate drive thru orders. I ordered 2 double espresso to go. Very simple order. The staff proceeded to complete 3 more drive thru orders (not simple orders). I finally asked them if they had forgotten my order and of course they had and gave me one warm and one cold double espresso. I was stuck in the building for 25 minutes total. No one else in line before me. The beans were decent which was the only good thing at this Caribou location.

Unfriendly staff, horrible customer service. Left standing at the counter waiting for my order to be taken for over 5 mins while an employee worried about clocking out of his shift and two other employees were not getting along behind the counter. When you get an iced coffee, I’m pretty sure it should have ice. One of the workers was wearing pajama pants and a hoodie… no dress code?? This is why I am a firm believer in Starbucks and will not return to Caribou. What a joke! Side note to a review: Caribou customer support will respond saying to email them with specifics and they will contact you, don’t plan on every hearing back from them when you email them. JOKE OF A COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Everything was generally fine but 1 star for over hearing a coworker displaying extreme homophobia (assuming) about another coworker. It was loud enough for me to hear from sitting across the counter. Imagine being so boldly homophobic in front of not only your coworkers, but customers as well. Very disappointing from a company that values “equality for all”. The manager needs to get her head out of her butt before they shutdown from a discrimination lawsuit. will not be coming back for the foreseeable future.

Tried the new honeycrisp caramel apple high rise. Very good, a little too sweet for me but that’s more of a personal preference. Overall the coffees I ordered were made quickly and accurately.
