Wonderful little pho shop in Lincoln City near the Chinook Winds Casino. We’ve been to Lincoln City many times and never could find an authentic place to get our pho fix. The food was good and service was great. Friendly people. The only complaint I had was the lack of a kid’s menu, since my little ones got adult sized portions that went to waste. Regardless, we came multiple times and plan to return the next time we come to town.

It was my first time eating at Pho Lincoln. Every time I went on my short vacation in that area. Always wanted to have Pho. So excited there is one there now! Said to my wife, I got to have it! Price just only a few bucks more than in Portland area. But most importantly convenience when I am hungry for my favorite food! I suggest go try your self!

I tried the Pho here and it was honestly so good. The broth was rich and flavorful and it tasted like it had been simmered for hours. The noodles were soft but still had a nice bite and the beef was fresh and tender. I also loved the herbs and the fresh lime on the side because they made the whole bowl come alive. It felt comforting and satisfying from the first spoon to the last. I would definitely come back for another bowl.

I don’t recommend the beef stew praised by others although I admit it’s made with the highest quality ingredients. The pho has less fat and a lighter flavor, again cooked to perfection with the highest quality ingredients – except you will encounter some inedibile gristle. Portions are truly enormous. With the size of beef slices and noodles, be prepared for something awkward to eat, but so worth it. Note there is no purely chicken-based pho because the chicken version has beef broth.

Very nice Vietnamese pho place. And it opens Monday night when most restaurants close. This is a big plus. The service was good. The food was delivered fast. Very decent beef broth, with generous portion of noodle and beef. I’m very satisfied with the service and food here.

If you’re looking for the ultimate in fresh tasting comfort food, go to Pho Lincoln!!!!
There’s tons of room, interesting decor, and everything is sparkling clean.
Our food arrived way before we expected based on pho near where we live, and it tasted amazing. The rare beef was perfectly just-barely-cooked and all the veggies were crisp and fresh.
5 stars, planning on coming here every time we visit Lincoln City!

We dropped in for lunch and snagged some spring rolls and pho for the family. Everyone liked the spring rolls and the pho was a solid choice as well. The broth was very good and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The kids didn’t like the meatballs but they are a bit picky about them. My wife and I both loved ours and we highly recommend coming here. I would love to come back and try one of the sandwiches.

Wonderful tasting pho. Serving size was perfect for light lunch and a dinner (taking the rest of mine togo). About 20 dollars average a bowl.

Service was excellent. After sitting down took about 3 minutes to get my order and another 5 to bring it out. pretty dang fast for 1230ish on a Saturday. Will be eating here again on my next trip to LC.

Delicious!! Newly opened Pho restaurant in Lincoln City does not disappoint. Service is spot on perfect. We didn’t want for anything, except…. For the food… we had the B1 pho lincoln dac biet and it had a unique flavor profile that was a pleasant surprise. I had the d1 bun tom thit nuong that was cool refreshing and a mix of flavor that was a delight. We shared the A3 nem cuon the peanut dipping sauce was some of the best we have ever had.

Food came quickly and was presented beautifully. . Portion size is…. bring your appetite!!

Hands down exciting to have a Vietnamese restaurant near us. However, the chop sticks were in a dish at the table for people to use if wanted. I would rather have them offered and brought to the table. This would prevent people from using them and replacing them without them being sanitized. We didn’t use them…. which was hard…. since we prefer chop sticks over a fork for this type of food.

Overall, we would highly recommend. But next time we will bring our own chop sticks.
