Super friendly staff, great flavors, prices are good for the portion sizes. Ordered the salad rolls, house special Pho, and special rice plate. Everything felt fresh, the pho was well seasoned, and the grilled pork in the salad rolls and rice plate was some of the best I’ve had in hillsboro.

Went here by mistake thinking it was teriyaki restaurant (that place closed)
It was amazing, the phò was great, lots of flavor in the broth. The pad Thai though was some of the best pad Thai I’ve had in a very long time.
Service was good and they were kind.

I tried the rice with beef at Pho Le Nguyen and it was excellent. The beef was tender and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. You can tell they care about the quality of the food.
The restaurant itself has a really nice atmosphere. There are lots of windows, so the space feels bright and open. It’s comfortable and inviting without feeling crowded.
It also looks like they’re setting up for live music, which should make the place even better once that gets going.
Great food, a welcoming space, and a promising new spot. I’ll definitely be back.

Friendly staff and great service.
The flavor of my pho, while not bad, was a little different than what I am used to finding typically. The cuts of meat also tasted a little different than usual. Portions were large.
My wife enjoyed her vermicelli bowl and noticed that her cuts of pork were larger than other places.
The location of that restaurant seems to struggle for business but it’s nice to have a pho place that far west in town
