Sat for 50 minutes.. I asked when our food would be ready. They said they didn’t know.. so we left. Complete waste of time.
I feel bad for the 4 other groups who are probably still waiting to have their order taken.
They had 4 or so to-go orders placed and delivered during my time there. So hope the food was good for those people.
We will be sticking to our usual place instead of Pho Lao. This was disgraceful.

Pho had good tasting broth. I liked how it was light and not overpowering with seasoning taste. Wish there was a bit more noodles and meat in the pho as it was lacking for what you pay for. Spring rolls were really good and had good tasting peanut sauce.

We went today, on a Sunday afternoon. Not very busy and even if it was it’s still a very open space and wouldn’t feel crowded. Service was quick and nice. Food came out fairly quick.
We got coconut bubble tea and a Thai iced coffee, both were very good. I didn’t love the mango boba as much but it was still good.
We had some tofu and vegetable pho and it was fantastic. Maybe not the best pho I’ve ever had but it was certainly one of the biggest portions. We also have vegetable egg rolls which were great.
The sweet and sour chicken is also good.

My absolute favorite place for Pho/Curry. I always get the spring rolls, seafood pho or yellow seafood curry. it’s always so good here. the chili oil 10/10!

Spring roll is the best, all veggies and protein and no noodle, which is healthy. The chicken larb is way too salty. This is not 800 AD China, salt is not a hard currency. The environment is clean. Some may say this establishment is at the higher priced segment within its type. If you want protein rich meal, this is probably not for you.

After a long day of work i come in to satisfy a craving and have a beer .. they won’t let you have your beer until your food comes out what??! & why??! It’s always hard trying new places for the first time because you might get a horrendous meal… however.. if you enjoy any Asian style food you will not be disappointed with this choice!! Amazing chicken pad Thai! The chicken was perfectly cooked, not slime or chewy at all. The workers were extremely friendly and they even brought me out water when I changed my mind from eating on the go, to eating in the restaurant. My food was out and done fast and everything was hot and fresh! What a gem of a restaurant!!!!! Definitely have to try his place while in Kennewick! 5 stars for sure!

Wow, this restaurant delivers surprisingly authentic food in an extremely clean environment. Our party ordered phad see ew and two bowls of pho. Each dish was both flavorful and memorable, with substantial portions and clean, simple presentation. Prices are reasonable too! This will be on our agenda for future visits to the tri-cities for sure.
