Giving anything less 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is truly a sin! I got A LOT of Vietnamese restaurants and my last trip I stayed in Hanoi for 2 weeks and I have to say, WITH MY FULL CHEST, this is by far THE BEST Vietnamese restaurant I’ve had to date in Toronto. PERIOD!
The food presentation is impeccable, portions are double what you would get at another restaurant, meat wasn’t pounder into a whisper of a pork chop, it was a FULL PORK CHOP, the absolute freshest tomatoe, quality was the best I’ve ever eaten FOR THE SAME PRICE as any other Vietnamese restaurant! Staff was lovely, atmosphere was beautiful and clean pristine, and didnt have a hint of that strange funky smell you would get at other restaurants. I mean the coffee wasnt some bulk tea steeping for hours jn the back, I got fresh drip tea with condensed milk!
I have found my spot! I may live in the Beaches but i wjll schlep across town to dine here again! ❤️❤️❤️

First time visiting with my friends. We ordered two pho, a chicken and pork chop rice, and the stuffed chicken wings. The noodles and rice were okay, but the stuffed chicken wings weren’t very impressive and took a long time to arrive, they only came out after we had already finished the main dishes. Service could be faster, but overall it was an average experience.

Loved my first visit to this restaurant. We ordered pho and grilled pork wraps, and mango milkshakes to go! Everything was super delicious, pho broth flavourful and size was well-portioned. Mango milkshake tasted delightful and very creamy. Ambience is nice and warm, and servers are very friendly. Will definitely return!

I’m so sad because the food here tastes really good but the cut of their sliced beef (the one in their pho) is too chewy to ingest – I even had to spit it out. I highly recommend their grilled meat and vermicelli though! The avocado shake was also so good!

I had such a great experience at Pho Lady! The food was authentic, fresh, and full of flavor – the broth was rich and comforting, and the portions were generous. Invited by a friend as he wanted to try the special platter tower. Because of its name without any research in advance, I thought that it’s a pho place serving Vietnamese cuisine only. To my surprise, its menu means much more than that!
We started our dinner with Vietnamese hot coffee with condensed milk, very authentic one! Siu Mai and Tom Yum soup were pretty good too but the MVP of the night is definitely the limited stuffed chicken wings!
Service was great and Edmond has been really attentive and kept checking if we need anything. Didn’t get a chance to try any pho yet and definitely will revisit someday!

I visited this restaurant on September 1. I ordered the grilled pork chop and beef on steamed rice with Chicken add on, along with a drink. The food itself was tasty, and the server who helped me was kind, patient, and gave great menu suggestions despite how busy it was.
Unfortunately, the overall restaurant experience was very disappointing. When I asked to be seated by the window, I was told that spot was reserved for “large groups” even though it was just a four-person table. Instead, I was placed at another four-person table which was a very uncomfortable spot: my back was against a shelf full of drinks, I was facing a pillar that servers struggled to move around, and new guests were standing right beside my table reading the menu out loud. On the other side, I had a customer, a chain-smoker who stank of smoke and the smell made it nearly impossible to enjoy my food.
What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism. The manager walked around checking on every table but ignored mine. Later, she climbed onto my seat to reach for a drink, which was shocking and showed zero restaurant etiquette. Only after that did she ask how everything was — but by then, it felt insincere.
Overall:
✅ Good food
✅ Friendly servers
❌ Bad seating arrangement
❌ Poor restaurant etiquette
❌ Manager needs better training in hospitality

Grabbed dinner with friends at Pho Lady last weekend, expecting nothing… and walked out pleasantly surprised! Attentive service, solid food, and cold beer on point.
The menu mixes Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai dishes, which is totally fine by me. Highlights? The spring rolls were packed with fresh veggies and shrimp, the crispy tofu delivered on its name, and the ginger scallion beef was finger-licking tasty. Even the “Pad Thai” – though it took a fun detour using thinner noodles instead of the wide and flat ones– was enjoyable in its own way.
We’ll be back soon!

Outstanding experience! Both the food and service were exceptional! We were served by a young gentleman named Son this evening. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was super friendly and attentive. The decor of this restaurant was beautifully done and the restaurant was clean, especially the washrooms. This restaurant is well run with employees that genuinely care. Highly recommended. Bonus that the restaurant ask has their own parking lot. We will be back!
